Mediocre

The Inn at Norton had issues when it was a Holiday Inn(one reason HI pulled the franchise). It really is a mess now. I was forced to stay there... more on Travelocity

Location off I-81: excellent. Hotel staff helpfull and cheerful. Good value. Not any more nor less than wanted or expected. Would stay there again.... more on Travelocity
