Very comfortable mattress -slept like a log and very helpful staff.
No black pudding at breakfast :-(
The Plaine is located in one of the prettiest and truely historic places on earth. We used the guest house as our base to explore surrounding areas and sites. Our hosts were very accomodating to our needs and were eager to discuss our travel plans with us and to offer advice about places to visit. Great hearty English breakfasts served which saw us through the day till tea time.
The room was lovely, except for the mattress. Breakfast was cooked to order when we requested.
The mattress on the bed was awful and needs to be replaced A.S.A.P.
Great location. Close to many attractions but in a fantastic village setting. Amazing hosts. Very helpful. Wide knowledge of area.
I loved the friendliiness of the staff and the willingness and knowledge of the whole area gave us lots to do but didn't have enough time to do lots of other things. The location was excellent as it was central to everywhere.
