Convenient location. Complementary breakfast was fair. Evening socials were better than expected.
Got a studio instead of the standard suite we had reserved. The leather chair and ottoman in the room was severely worn and an eye sore. Lights by the bed operated by a single switch on the wall that required getting out of bed to operate.
I ask for 2 queen bed and they didn't have any available
Rooms are fantastic with a mini kitchen and living room, and full size refrigerator. Everything is like new.
Close to highway and restraunts. Pool is nice and clean.
Room was not super clean. Dirty sock under bed, dental floss on bathroom floor. Breakfast was okay, average as far as hotel breakfasts go.
I don't like showing up and having to pay extra. The whole point of using Pipeline is to pay all up front. $20 extra maybe minimal, but its should be included in the price upfront.
The staff was VERY friendly, helpful, and kind. Everyone was very family friendly and patient with our 11 ball players and their parents!
We like the location and the staff.
One inconvenience is the reading lights located on the bed post on each side of the bed. It is not a big deal but they are operated by wall switch which is a bit of a hastle.
It was a very nice room for a decent price. Loved the full kitchen feature. The breakfast in the morning was also very nice. I have some food sensitivities and could find things that I was able to eat.
Location and the amenities.
The mattress seemed to be little worn.
If there were any deficiencies at all they were certainly made up for by the staff all of whom were freindly, attentive and professional. Great place to stay!
One thing, the separation between the restroom sink area and the sleeping area did not have a door or any other way to seal the light off so it was inconvenient to use the sink if another person was trying to sleep.
This hotel is a ways out from everything (ball park, arch, etc), but for a 2-bedroom suite with free hot breakfast and an indoor pool for $, YOU CANNOT BEAT IT, and it is well worth the few extra miles out for those coming to St. Louis to stay with their families. Very clean, very comfortable beds, great breakfast. Came with our four teenagers and had plenty of room in our suite. We will be staying here again.
Beautiful room, hard bed, you could feel wires running length wise in the mattress and the motel hasn't been open very long, We stay about 2 or three nights in O'Fallon every other month. \nI asked the manager to be moved to another room after the first night, They advertise soft beds, and the manager just shook his head and said someone must have stolen the pillow top, I also reported this as I checked out and on the review that they sent me online. In reading this, I guess I should have demanded another room. But I'm not good at that. We just don't go back, \n\nBut the room doors make a loud noise when people come in and out, So you will have some problems sleeping with the compression noise from the doors as well , and that cannot be fixed with a mattress pad. But about midnight , it got quieter.\n\nAlthough I thought they should have offered us some kind of refund or something for our next trip, after I complained. When they asked as I checked out if we were happy I told them again, and they said they were surprised and for us to come back and just smiled and waved goodbye. \n\nWe were very disappointed, but we hadn't stayed with Marriot in a long time. \n \nMy husband slept on the little couch. \n\n The price was reasonable about $100 a night .\n\nThere was no one in the pool and there was lots of staff watching a ball game. And a gentlemen did help carry our luggage out to the car.
We stayed at Residence Inn during a family members recent graduation from Logan College of Chiropractic. Can I tell you what a great value it was? We only spent $* per night for a weekend!! We were so pleased with the cleanliness of our room. The bed, a king size bed, was the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept on! I felt like I was at home, which is something I've never felt while staying in a hotel. We had family members staying in 3 other rooms and everyone complimented on how nice the stay was. Breakfast was nice, they had a waffle maker and hotbar. I was so pleased with the entirity of the stay, we plan to go back to this hotel in November!
