Pros:
The staff was nice. I really appreciated the girl who I dropped the car off to. She was very nice. She seemed really busy, but maintained professionalism.Cons:
I notice the employees are checking people in and also cleaning cars in between. I feel for them. The car was clean, but I did not feel that it was deep cleaned between customers Bc my windows had marks on them like a head was resting on the glass. I brought my own wipes and wipes the car down. So maybe a little more attention to detail would be nice considering the issues with Covid. But staff was extremely nice. They just look really busy.10.0 Wonderful

Always easy to rent at enterprise. Long, long time customer.Cons:
Brakes on vehicle went out. New Camry without brakes. Not fun, but all worked out ok. Long wait at pickup.10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
car was excellent.Cons:
customer service agent at the counter was very rude to my husband as the original reservation was under his name at noon. The agent first told my husband that since we are late we dont have your car any more and we can give you fullsize for 10.99 per day extra. when my husband tried to reason she got all defensive and bluntly said do you want this car or not... when my husband said he works for hertz and know what customer service is she said its their policy not to hold cars. At this moment my husband requested revised total for upgrade car and the agent flatly refused to give car. She said that now she does not have any vehicles available. At this time my husband came Nd got me and thats when I realized I had another reservation for 9pm under my name. She was forced to give us a car now and in the end she apologized to my husband but it was a fake apology and little too late. We appreciated the free upgrade but didnt need it. Her name is on the rental agreement as agent who did our contract. When we returned the car on monday the agent that closed our contract did not even greet or asked us if everything was ok. Bottom line horrible customer service. My husband works as rental agent dealing with hundreds of customers and he understands customer service. National at Gulfport provided the most horrific customer service of his life... very sad...VIPCars Recommendation
