The Carriage House

The Carriage House Bed and Breakfast is located in historic Ocean Grove just a block from the beach and an 8-minute walk to Asbury Park. The John F Kennedy International Airport and Newark Liberty International Airport are both about 30-miles away.

The Carriage House B & B has recently finished an expansion and renovation in June 2019. There are now 13 luxurious rooms that offer balconies, ocean views, and central Air Conditioning. The non-smoking hotel boasts a Victorian décor with many antique or replica items throughout the hotel including a fireplace in 5 of the rooms. There is a courtyard with bistro tables surrounded by flower gardens where guests are invited to dine or just relax in the open air. Free high-speed internet is available throughout the hotel and grounds via WiFi.

Breakfast at the Carriage House B & B is homemade and healthy. It consists of freshly baked bread, biscotti, assorted fruits, and lemon mint water. There is always a quiche or casserole dish as well as a dessert. Various baked items and coffee and tea are available throughout the day. There are about a dozen restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

There are many popular landmarks within walking distance of Carriage House B & B such as Ocean Grove Beach and The Great Auditorium where concerts are often held. Nearby Asbury Park offers boardwalk activities and a splash pad for smaller children. Carriage House B & B offers bicycles and locks for guests to explore the town and surrounding areas.
