Very friendly and helpful staff
Best place I have ever stayed.
I liked the breakfast.. 6:00 would be a better start time than 6 :30..
The convenience of the location
The location that they served dinner each night staff was excellent
Everything, great price...Nice clean rooms..The experience was the best we've had.
Too many guests Couldnt find a good parking lot.
It was a very friendly experience.
Very nice hotel
How welcome I felt---- one of the Hotel Employees was awesome! She even changed my room when I was given a handicapped room by mistake. The snacks, cookies, water bottles and cucumber water were such a treat after a long trip from Dallas.Room was great!
The coffee! The breakfast was better than most places I stay at--but the coffee was little more than 'hot water'. Why not bump up the quality to match the excellent features and service of this hotel?
The happy hour from 6 to 730pm, it was great to not have to go anywhere for food after working 12 hours.
The pool was not open, the grill did not work for cooking, and the front desk ladies seem to always disappear!!
Was very clean and the breakfast, was amazing
All my belongings got stolen while I was in the room sleeping ... they seem to/ think that they are not responsible.
Nice sized rooms, kitchen and bathrooms were nice
Staff keep knocking on my door even with the do not disturb sign on my door...I worked nights and they kept waking me up. poor communication with the front desk.
Size of the room.
Was unable to get a room accessible for the deaf. We were given keys for a room however there was someone already in there. The other rooms did not have a sofa bed which we needed. In the morning there were no disposable coffee cups and no clean mugs.
The bed was to hard, and didn't live up to the name if the hotel Marriott
The staff was Gud
There was blood stains on my bed couldn't even sleep on it
The room was nice, no complaints about the room.
They charged the room to my credit card after I'd already paid for the room through Priceline. Then it took over a week, and about 6 phone calls before they finally credited my account back.
Price was way below area rates for comparable accommodations. Dinner included in rate is a plus. Very clean.
We stayed here for three nights and had a great stay. The staff was friendly, the room was big with a little kitchen, the pool was big and we were able to bbq by the pool one day. I'd definitely recommend this hotel, especially if you're traveling with kids. Also, very close to mall.
My wife and I stayed here for a month and a half while we were in Odessa adopting our daughter. The staff was very friendly and they would bend over backwards to make our stay more pleasurable. The kitchenette was great. We were able to make meals in our room every night which was a huge money saver for us. We would definitely stay here again.
Don't let the name fool you, these are NOT suites! They are tiny ONE room 'studio' type accomodations that are not even arranged into 2 different living/sleeping areas. They have a kitchenette right at the door, so you can't open the stove or cabinet without shutting everything else around it. It felt as if we were staying in a camping trailer. Our TV could not be seen from the bed because it was around the edge of an alcove in the wall and faced the foot of the bed. We had a sofa, desk, chair and a king size bed crammed into one small room, that had no floor walking space. In order for one person to walk around the room, the other had to sit on the bed or couch so they could pass by them. Our door never seemed to shut right, so we had to repeatedly slam it to get the lock to catch, or it could be unintentionally left unlocked. The outside 'security' doors seemed to have the same problem, because sometimes I did not need my key card to open them. The breakfast buffet food was okay, but the juice machine never worked, so we were only offered milk to drink other than the standard coffee. Yes, this is a new hotel with new paint smell, new carpet smell, and lots of bright colors-- but it is definitely NOT worth my money to stay here again.
