It had good water pressure.
The key system, the bedding, the air/heat unitsTo start, I knew when I booked this hotel, it was a 'cheaper' hotel in the area. So, I wasn't expected much. My first issue came once a checked in I noticed there was no handle no the toilet in my room and there was no maintenance crew until the next day to fix it. Another night the neighboring room had a party, usually not a big deal but the walls are paper thin. Their party really wasn't loud or wild but any conversation I heard clear as day. The last night, the key system failed for my room so I went the front desk for another key and their system wasn't working so I was locked out of my room for 2 hours. The poor new front desk person was horrified that she couldn't do anything. She tried to open my door with some sort of rigging which failed. She tried calling several other employees to come and help her and all said they were too drunk to drive. The manager (I'm guess...
Was quiet. Slept well.
Room was pretty small but was traveling by myself. Wouldn't pay anymore than the Express Deal of $51.
The location and staff
I did not like that the bathroom was small it didn't have a tub. The room was tiny. The person that checked me in didn't tell anything about the amenities.
It was clean and the location was good.
The breakfast food was scarse and there was no fruit.
It was right across the street from the hospital which was perfect!
As I was checking out, the girl at the front desk laughed as she handed me my receipt & told me I had overpayed because I booked through Priceline & that I would have had a cheaper rate if I had called the hotel directly. She was quite rude!Room was clean & location was great
The first room they gave us ( the one we ordered)the door latch was brocken so they gave us one upstairs with two beds.
the room was really nice
the staff was not rained very well, they were pleasant but not equipted. The pool and pool area was really cold.we had a fire and needed to stay at a hotel. we booked one night on priceline. the next two nights we booked at one transaction on the website that comes up on the internet. we went to eat breakfast and immediately told the front desk what we had done. instead of just giving us the same rooms for the next two nights, we did not realize he canceled our reservation and booked us for one night. so on the third day the front desk is asking why we weren't checking out. the gentleman at the front desk tried really hard to figure it out. when he did we had to pay again for the third night. so I have to check and make sure the credit came through on our debit card for the booking we did initially. It was for 3 rooms for 2 nights s it was a chunk of money that is tied up on our debit card until it posts.
The thermostat on the air conditioner would not operate correctly. It would only come on for 5 or 6 minutes then go off. It was pretty warm in the room.
