What I liked best was that even though I had a none smoking room there was a sliding door to outside so I did not have to go far to smoke. And I also liked the fact that the receptionist on duty called me to check that everything was to my liking.
NoI would recommend this hotel to anyone who may need a getaway. Sunday night was quiet and very little traffic in and out of the hotel expect for a private activity that was going on. There was plenty of parking and overall a pleasant , comfortable stay/.
It was close to my meeting and we had stayed there before.
At first they gave us a room that was already occupied. I didn't like that and it was like nothing had happen.
I love the location. It is a beautiful hotel inside, with the restaurant.
The rooms wasn't as describe. They are little dated and in need of repair. The hotel was great for a weekend trip, didn't check restaurant. The lobby and the halls were being shampooed while there, They seems to be kept well. The rooms are in need of better cleaning especially the bathtubs. I also left new shoes in room, call back after checkout for them, but they couldn't find them. But could be more stars if improve the rooms. Beautiful hotel inside the lobby and halls.
It was convenient to restaurants, shopping. The room was comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly.
Parking lot was a bit dark at night.I work construction so have stayed in some pretty rough hotels over the last few years. It was not the best hotel I ever stayed in nor was it the worst. The room was clean, bed was a bit firmer than I like but better than the hotel that had the mattress that sank a foot when you laid in the middle of it. The staff that I dealt with were friendly and helpful as I witnessed some other guests that were asking them questions about the area. It's an older hotel I guess but things like this do not concern me. A bed, hot shower, college dorm fridge, a microwave and I'm happy. I have no real complaints other than the parking lot being a bit dark at night. Having my work truck near my room is one of my concerns but could not do that here. At night the parking lot worried me a bit due to the cost of my equipment and the...
After a late night arrival, I was happy to be in such a nice and clean room!
The rooms are quite far from the front desk and check-in. We had 3 sleeping children and it was difficult to get them to the rooms. This hotel was a nice suprise when we finally found it. It is a little tricky to find with no signage near the main road. However, when we arrived late in the evening I was thrilled that it was clean, quiet and comfortable! I would stay here again if traveling the same route towards Memphis. It is a nice area to stay in before you get to the larger city.
Air conditioner was very loud and cycled on and off a lot
This hotel is beautiful especially to only be a 2.5 star. I usually choose 3star & above. Friendliest most accommodating staff I've ever met. They are all friendly from front desk to the maids & maintenance dept. This staff is a 5 star by far.
It had a few mishaps, Everyone was so sincerely attentive I hate to even mention the mishaps. Let's just say the good far out ways the bad. Again staff was amazingly attentive to our few quirks & quickly changed our rooms no questions asked. In my opinion this hotel is one that offers a lot of bang for your buck. With the hotel off in a secluded area was a bit hard to find. But worth it when we arrived. Hot breakfast included eggs, bacon, sausage, cereal, toast several breads ,fruit, Belgian waffles & more.(weekends are best). This hotel offers a workout room, a track for walking, a basketball court, a field to practice baseball ,pool ,sauna. All included in the price. It was very family friendly my children h...
The bed was comfortable.
The parking area closest to room was dark. The carpet is old and has stains making the room appear dirty. They do not have a restaurant even though they have an area called THE GRILL. Breakfast was a one star hotel breakfast. Not up to the standard of the other 2 1/2 star hotels I have stayed at in Olive Branch when using PRICELINE or paying full price. Their GRILL serves drinks but is not a restaurant (they don't cook or grill anything). The breakfast was what I'd expect at a 1 star hotel, not comparing at all to the free breakfasts I received at the other 2 1/1 star hotels I stayed at on this trip. The carpet and furniture in the rooms is dated with spots on the carpet, making the room appear dirty although it wasn't. I have stayed in two different rooms on two different occassions. In each bathroom the sinks were cracked. Although the young man this time was more polite than the two ladies the last time I stayed here, th...
I don't know anything about this hotel because I didn't go, and I lost my money. My son's baseball tournament was cancelled and Priceline would not refund or change my dates. Will never use Priceline again!!!!!!!
