The room was clean with a lounge/work space separate from the sleeping area. Used the free WiFi briefly and it was adequate. Refrigerator and microwave in room.
Shower was a little lacking. The pull knob to use the shower head was up but a large amount of water was still flowing from the lower faucet. I had to pull rather hard to get enough pressure to the shower head and it was still weak.
Restaurant was way over priced
Very clean, tastefully decorated, looked recently built/renovated. The room and bathroom were spacious, and the room was mostly quiet. Convenient to the Omaha airport. Free parking.
The bed is not ideally supportive; still, it was definitely adequate. The person at the front desk, while competent, wasn't exactly welcoming. I signed and initialed more spots at check-in than at any time since getting a mortgage...kind of odd.
Nice newer hotel
Only bars around hotel, all of the best restaurants area long walk.
Close to the College World Series.
Finding their parking lot was a chore. It lacks a place to pull up in your vehicle and check in. I can only assume they have it blocked off due to the CWS that week.
Proximity to downtown,
Doesn't make sense that adults cant use the hot tub unless the water park is open. For the price it would be nice to relax and not have to have constant chaos. 8am opening for a HOT TUB?
Rooms very nice
Would like free breakfast
Waterpark was fun. Free parking. Free internet. Room had nice high ceilings.
Foot traffic from floor above.
Nice big rooms. Friendly staff.
The room was phenomenal!
Small parking area.
Great service when checking in. Able to check in early with No issues.
Pool was too cold for my little ones to stay in water long. Shower drain was not flowing very fast so shower time was shorter.
Felt bad for the worker that had to stand in the parking lot waiting for cars to come in. It was below zero that night.
One bed. Needed two! I have had this happen on three of my last four trips.
Another hotel under renovation with no on-site restaurant and half the lobby closed.
the rooms were very spacious
The heat in the room didn't seem to work accurately
what all it offers
to participate in any amenities they were at personal cost rather than offered
Appeared to be clean
Not easy to find or find parking ... not well marked. Cockroach in our bathroom and staff did NOT care!
it was clean and the staff was friendly. Nice spacious rooms
The restaurant was closed for renovations and they charged for breakfast buffet so we purchased groceries and ate in our room. We had a microwave. Wasn't too impressed with the waterpark. Really nice for a family though.
The room was spacious, there was a sitting area with a TV/microwave/refrigerator and then a sleeping area with a TV. Very convenient location and parking.
There were some building noises that were somewhat annoying; plumbing, doors closing and heat/cooling air system.
It was near the downtown area. It seemed to have been remodeled recently. The rooms were nicely appointed. It had a cute water park area.
It was noisy, both from outside noises (maybe the railroad) and next room noises. I could hear people cough.
Great location and the room had losts of space. Would be great for a family because of their small water park.
Noisy, noisy, noisy. Could hear the people above us and the street noise outside. No sleeping in or just sleeping in this hotel. They could also use more comfortable pillows.
Quiet comfortable room
Horrible parking lot. Very crowded spaces & far too few spaces when hotel is at capacity.
New, clean, spacious and we'll laid out room
Staff not friendly. Parking setup horrendous.
The Room was wonderful.
The staff is very rude. Customer service is awful.
Room was modern.
Water park was worn out. Bedside lamp did not work. Refrigerator in room was noisy.
I liked the location of the hotel.
the staff was RUDE and the room was very cold.
Lobby tiny, no continental breakfast or even free coffee. No dining facilities. Hot tub was closed for empty/refill. Room did not have two beds; one bed and a pull-out chair. Hotel seemed abandoned or not quite 'open' yet. VERY disappointed. Not 3 stars.
beds were terrible; soft and lumpy; no support; backs killed us the next day
Ada room was big
RIGHT next to railroad tracks so er heard trains ALL night. Grout in shower was coming out from between tiles in the shower and hurt your feet. NOT a three star level hotel. Very disappointed overall.
Nice clean facility. Has everything you need.
Customer Service skills are non-existent
The service at this hotel was terrible. Also, when I showered the next day there was not shampoo in the bathroom.
Was assigned a sub-standard room ... felt was treated differently because I booked through Priceline.com. Front desk clerk was extremely unfriendly ... was to much paperwork upon check-in.
The coffee was not stocked and staff did not want to assist in the morning in bringing any. It was expensive for the service and room
It was clean. They allowed me to change rooms.
My room was just above the bar. Loud music and talking way into the night. When I complained, the desk clerk was a little on the side of rude. When I went to the gas station to buy some sundries, I was scared. Location a little bit in the ghetto.
The hotel was clean ans comfortable
Staff was not friendly, poor parking especially when employees take the first spots. Not enough luggage carts for the parking problem. Coffee bar was ran by the check in staff and well they don't know how to make a latte. Parking big issue!
I stayed the night before we had to go to the airport the next morning unfortunately we missed the Continental breakfast and could not sleep all night the rooms have no noise barrier could hear doors slamming all night and they did not have fans to drown out noise. We wanted to stay close to the airport so we would not have to wake up early and drive and hour away to airport but didnt end up getting but a few hours of sleep the waterpark was ok kids were not wowed at 8 and 11 maybe younger kids would enjoy the pool water was cold. The food at the restaurant was medicore and because we booked 3rd party did not get the kids eat free so in the future would not stay there although the rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable.
Management did not mention there would be a well-equipped band playing right below our window. We asked the reception if we could move anywhere but on that side of the building. We were told 'no' and that the music would continue until 1:30 AM. Luckily it ended at 2 AM so we were ready to get up and hit the road. For the money, the management nor the staff were helpful. Thank a bunch.
This was probably the worst stay in a hotel I have ever experienced! It took 3 hrs to get a crib to our room ( I had brought a pack-n-play) but since we had to park a mile away I had to leave it in the car. Finally got a crib at 11:30pm. Purposely booked a hotel with a water park but the 2nd day of our stay they had to close it down for ventilation issues! I had brought my 4 kids under the age of 6 to swim and beat the heat! At 10:46PM the fire alarm went off and continued for 10 minutes waking my kids up, I'm guessing it was a false alarm but no one from the hotel came to let us know it was okay, another customer stepped out in the hall to tell me! There were holes in our sheets. The price of the hotel was outrageous as was the food from the lounge area. No one ever offered to help me with my bags, 4kids, stroller, etc... they just watched me come and go with several bags, pushing a baby and trying to keep 3 others together! I will not recommend this hotel to anyone!
Great hotel!!! The rooms were beautiful and the staff very accomodating. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Old Market district or needing to be near the airport! The bar and restaurant were wonderful as well...great food, drink, and service. Will definitely stay there again.
My wife and I stayed here when we were attending a concert at the Qwest center (which is within walking distance if it isn't too cold). The hotel had only been open 2 weeks when we stayed (Feb 26) so everything was brand new. At the time the restuarant in the hotel was not done so the hotel was offering room service from a restaurant next door. The pool has a small waterpark in it that the kids would find fun. The morning breakfast has the usual muffins, rolls, juices, coffee, and soda. It also has hot foods, the morning we were there it had scrambled eggs, bacon, and biscuts & gravy. There is a coffee shop in the lobby that others said was good but I didn't try because I don't drink coffee. There is a workout center that allows you to use weights, and cardio equipment if you want. Out room had a King sized bed, with a television mounted on the wall so you could see it from the bed. Next to the bed was a half wall that had the desk on the other side along with a couch, coffee table, refigerator, microwave oven, and another television. We will be returning this summer to take our kids to the Omaha Zoo and we will be staying here that trip as well
