Excellent breakfast, lots of variety and good quality. Nice big rooms.
Coffee maker was broken, no big deal, reported to front desk
Have a good breakfast in the morning
The walls are thin, you can hear everything around you, hotel is getting a little run down. I have been coming here for a few years and some of the rooms are looking a little rough. Mould in the showers, I also found ants on the floor in my bathroom
Really liked your breakfast and nice to see you have wine
Place is needing a little sprucing up, walls are thin, can hear people walking overhead, pool water looked dirty, hot tub could have definitely been hotter
Clean. Relatively convenient to my to my ultimate destination.
The 'new' room designs are business- friendly but don't convey comfort. The lighting system is unfriendly (can't control light over headboard w/o getting up and walking to door) and the bathroom toiletries are skimpy. Heating system didn't work.
Very, very clean in the room.
Quite new in appearance and good room finishings.
Without an international mobile plan, I made a 20 minute in-room phone call home and to my surprise found that the hotel charged me over $50 for it. Fifty bucks. Couldn't help but feel victimized. Won't be back.
Located near plenty of things. Food, big mall for shopping only a few miles away.
House keeping knocking at 8 am while we had the 'privacy' mode engaged on door. If the staff can't figure out the technology, stick with the old DND signs.
Everything was great. Room was big. Nice sitting area. We got a king bed. Room was very modern.
Bed was a bit uncomfortable.
They have a nice breakfast but they didn't have any sausage on the Saturday and I went to eat a bagel and it was hard as rock so I tossed it. The girl said, we don't have any... I like that you finally have wine at your bar. Excellent quality too.
Breakfast girl on Saturday was lazy. Ran out of coffee and didn't bother to fill it back up. Sunday lady was great. The pillows are too small. You would be better with fewer pillows but bigger and better quality.
I was on a business trip of sorts and it fit well what I was doing. Getting in and out was all right and the parking lots were arranged for the convenience of guests. Staff was friendly and answered any questions.
Both days there were large groups of teenage athletes using all dining space. Chairs were filled and many were sitting on the floor and in aisle ways. Motel guests were force to navigate through the mess and leave the motel to get coffee or breakfast
Since we like to travel to Detroit for concerts, this hotel is very conveniently located near the Palace and DTE theaters.
We specifically booked & paid for a 2 queen room with pullout couch. We called the hotel to inform them of a late check in. When we arrived at 11:30pm we were informed that there were no 2 queen rooms available-only rooms with one king bed. Disappointing.
I could not say, our room, even though reserved and paid for months before was given away to someone else.
They will give your room to someone else. They are not reliable or serious.
Motel was very dirty. Room had many stains on the couch, I which looked like human fluid. Staff was not friendly, or helpful in any way.
I liked nothing about the hotel.
location, clean, easy access
the bed mattress have major dips in the center from use
The room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and very helpful! The breakfast was good. The bed was very comfortable!
When I arrived my key didn't work. Then when I finally got into the room there were no pillows on the bed. Also the pool area was closed the entire length of my stay.
The hotel had very good breakfast. And had a reasonable price for 1 night stay. Very nice front desk staff.
The hotel room felt very musty! The room did not smell that good. The bed was very hard to sleep on. The pillows were too small to sleep on too. The hotel needed bigger pillows. Hotel did not have a big enough parking lot.
When I arrived at the hotel, they told me that all rooms was sold out and reverted me to another hotel with LESS Amenities. This hotel had free continental breakfast. The hotel they sent me to charged $3.00 for a cup of coffee. Pure garbage. If you didn't have rooms, you should have never accepted the offer from Priceline. Poor business practice. Priceline really screwed this one up and stole my money.
Room was not 'spotless'
The room was spacious, including a king bed, a pullout sofa bed, two sinks, a dining table, and a bathroom big enough to get dressed in.
It was difficult to find. Too new for my older GPS. We never would have gotten there if we didn't have GPS on our cell phones. Also, the sofa bed was VERY uncomfortable, and there was no bedding in the room when we arrived. Not enough blankets.
Stayed one night for Joyce meyer conference at the palace. Room was very nice and modern. Nice hot tub. Loved free breakfast which included eggs, sausages, Belgian waffle station, yum. Loved free shuttle back and forth to palace. Love Marcus and nick the drivers. Super friendly. Would definetly stay at again.
This was one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The queen size beds are a major plus! The breakfast was wonderful and the staff couldn't have been any nicer.
We checked in on the 4th day of business and stayed 3 nights. There were a few new construction glitches, but they were easily resolved. Super clean, breakfast was great and the location is perfect for us for coming 'home' to visit family.
