Pros:If you have a Choice stay somewhere else! This Hotel is only for college kids who don't care. This should be a $30.00 a night Hotel. Had Sugar Ants all over, have to get your own Towels, take out your own Trash, walls, Carpet, and Cabinets are Dirty. I won't be Back!

Pros:The one thing I liked was watching the hotel become farther away as in my rear view mirror as I departed.
Cons:The staff was rude. The elevator is mildewed and felt unsafe. The entire facility smelled awful. The hallway was dark and dingy like a bad horror movie. The fridge and shower were caked with mold. We paid for a queen bed and got a full, which was rock hard. The bed sheets gave me a rash.The a/c leaked at least 2 gallons onto the carpet that night. I was going to speak to a manager, but wasn't able to find any staff in the morning.

Cons:No towels, roaches! We spent the night because we were so tired and we check in around 10 pm. Never again! Disgusting!!!

Pros:Absolutely nothing. The receptionist was unprofessional and not in the last bit helpful. We made a reservation and received the confirmation only to find out after driving 30 minutes that there were no more rooms available.
Cons:The entire experience was very disappointing.

Cons:We got there at 11:18 pm to find out the front desk close at 11:00pm we have to call the after hours crew. Our room have a really strong cigarette smell, we couldn't sleep the whole night. Plus all of our clothes now smells like cigarettes even the one's we left in our luggage. Our neighbors two doors down has like two dogs that never stop barking. No toilet paper we ended up going to Walgreen and buy paper an LYSOL for the Smell of cigarette, no HOT water and it was 40° that night. The hotel is a extended stay so is a bunch of college kids running around and smoking in the hallway. There is a night club right across the parking lot so I was afraid for my car. Overall the hotel need a full restoration including the parking lot at least put some security. Now if you like to smoke and like your cloth to smells like that this is perfect for you or if you have noisy barking dogs this is your place! $70 per night is a ridiculous price for this "roach hotel i mean cigarette hotel" So don't expect much of it. Must of the good reviews online are from those students that stay for long time I guess they got a break in the rent if they write a good review.

Cons:I've been charged for a room i didnt use, reserve 4 room, paid 3 in advance and that was the only available whwn arrive, the group had to accomodate until we have the other room the next night, however the charge my card and hasen't response my claim

Pros:This is an extended stay hotel close to UCF and a couple of bars, so it's not quiet. Key info: - Hotel allows smoking and smells, but not terribly - Front desk closes at 11pm, so late night check-in is difficult. - Room, bathroom, and kitchenette seemed thoroughly cleaned - Wifi is free and fast - I saw a couple of small cockroaches I've definitely stayed in more comfortable places for less money, but there are not a lot of options in this area. It was a good choice for me, but if you're looking for luxury, pay more and go elsewhere.
