Cons:
Nothing really could have been better. This was a 2020 and it had all the bells and whistles. I had never driven anything so new. And I was in and out of the building four or five times coming back with different questions and the manager was very patient with me.6.0 Okay

The vehicle was nice and drove well and was comfortable.Cons:
It wreaked of marijuana... like BAD.... We were going on a family vacation. I had to leave all the doors open, vacuum, wipe it down and put air freshners in it which didn't make the smell go away completely....it was bad. I mentioned it when I brought it back. The guy that worked there just made a face but didn't say anything. He didn't care.Hertz
