There was so much road construction around the drop off that it took over an hour to complete the process. I would have liked a heads up from the store and possible met elsewhere.Cons:

Cons:
Check engine light came on after an hour of driving. Had to call the next day for a jump start and they charged us 218. Terrible service!!2.0 Poor

Pros:
The representative was very personable and honest about the rental charges. He was helpful by telling me that Avis doesn't charge a drop off fee as long as its in the same District. That saved me $100. I will continue to book with avail from here out.10.0 Wonderful

I filled up the tank in the same parking lot as the budget office, left the nozzle in filling until it automatically shut off and still the lady at the desk insisted it wasn't full and told me if I didn't try and put more fuel in she would have to charge me so I went back to the gas station and was able to fit 1.35 in it. Was just ridiculous that they would make a customer do that by way of threatening. Definitley didn't feel like my business was valued at any point in both pick up and return. Actually very surprised they are still in business2.0 Poor

Seats were comfy... Gas tank was full... Returning it was very quick.Cons:
The associate who rented it to me was not professional.... He used the F. word multiple time in conversation,and told me he was leaving this job..... The car was FILTHY!!! I took pictures there was dirt ALL over it. I had to wash it in order to be able to see out the windows... There were scuffs I pointed out, but was told not to worry because I was forced to buy the damage protection waiver (something you must do when you use a debit card....cost an extra $26 day...) I filled up the tank and brought the receipt, but the associate checking me in for the return refused to take the receipt... He was supposed to fax it to their corporate office.... If I get an additional charge (won't know for up to 2 weeks) I will be very angry.. Over all I wasn't impressed with the service, or the lack of care for the car.Hertz
