Was very excited for the water park area, it was the main reason we booked a room at this particular hotel
The big waterslides were closed the whole time we were there, the pools we quite chilly and we were told there was an issue with the heater, and even the hot tub was cool. we were very upset with this because the waterpark was the only reason we booked a

Hotel is located around decent restaurants and a Cabellas
We liked the hotel because there was lots to do for the kids under one area. We also liked the location close to Cabelas and the outlet mall.
Our check-in sheet said 3:00 so we showed up at that time to check-in. The front desk lady was rude and said we would have to come back at 4:00. She was not polite about telling us this. There was only one elevator located by the pool.
Water park was nice life guards not so friendly :/
It took till after 4 to get checked in room..very hard with a four month old.
The front desk supervisor was very helpful in getting our families rooms all together within the same hall close by each other. Very friendly staff!
I thought that the lifeguards at the water park did not take their jobs seriously. My husband had to rescue a little girl from drowning at the bottom of the water slide & no one even noticed. They twirled in the lifeguard chairs & checked their phones.
wait staff in restaurant was somewhat annoyingly bothersome. we weren't presented with pool wristbands at check-in and weren't explained that process. pool needs an adults-only time at night for those without children to enjoy the amenity.
The hotel was quite spacious and had lots of amenities especially for children.
The hotel needed some updates including carpet and did not include a breakfast bar which most hotels in this price point do. Rooms were quite large which was really nice and everything was clean.
The room was very nice. The Water Park was nice and clean.
The hot tub was broken down and it was one of the major season we wanted to stay there
Very clean. Staff was great for knowing the area and recommending shopping and restaurants.
The caring and very helpfull staff!
Staff was helpful in resolving a potential double billing problem.
this place rocks! I would highly recommend this to anyone. Everyone is so awesonme and so nice. The staff is very friendly the room is awesome... Definely a A Plus hotel..
We had a terrible stay at the above hotel on Sunday night 9/2. The room we had needed to be painted badly. It looks as though someone had run through the room with markers. On top of that, it was the worst bed I have ever slept in a hotel. The staff at the front desk was not friendly what so ever. \n\nLifeguards did not supervise the water park area of the hotel properly. On Sunday, they did not even have a lifeguard at the top of the tower for the waterslides. Then on Monday they were not at any stations, they were all talking and reading the newspaper at the snack shop. To top it all off you had to wait 20 minutes for a tub to go down the waterslides. As I talked to the front desk I was given the excuse ?it?s the holiday weekend?. My response to that is ?It didn?t stop you from charging me for my room on the holiday weekend?. \n
Our first night was rough, with young kids running up and down the hallway, banging doors until 11pm. Probably because the water park stays open late. Mysteriously, the next night, Sat. was quieter.Overall, the hotel is in good shape, it seems fairly new. The worst was the bed felt pretty warn out, not comfortable. The in-room heater ran every five minutes and pretty loud. There was also an elevator crunch during checkout times, maybe if there was a walk ramp instead of staircase, they could move more people. Breakfast buffet was average, but dinner quite good. Water park was fun.
Chlorine levels were really high in the pool and my kids developedburning painful rashes. Hotel management couldn't have cared less about it.
