I have never had the best luck with Avis. Several times, I have been charged twice for a rental. And it’s taken over a month to be reimbursed. One of those times, I had to reach out three times to get my refund.4.4 Mediocre

Cons:
When I landed I went to Avis counter and found out that my reservation was at a different location in the city and that they were closed at that time (on Sunday) They offered me a car there but it was three times the price that I reserved it. They took me to Payless and I got a car there. It was still higher priced than I agreed to. Not real happy with the response as they should have honored my original price through Kayak.Eagle Rent A Car
