The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
staff very cold and indifferent, smoke alarm chirping, asked front desk to send someone to check and she gave me batteries to change myself.....not enough towels....
Better than i thought. It was fairly clean.
Bed had springs stinking out. I cut my leg. Towels were were thin and cheap.
Clean and quiet.
Quality and location we needed at a very affordable price. Only there 2 nights but no problems or complaints. Would stay there again
Although we arrived for breakfast within its first hour, what little coffee was left was cold so we asked the attendant to make more. Could tell he wasn't too thrilled but he did make coffee and was cordial when we checked out the next day.
The bed was comfortable, hotel was clean, and Breakfast was great.
Bed was comfortable.
Staff was rude.
Night manager was very rude to my wife and mother about rooms. I called ahead to get double beds and when we got there he said that he could'nt help us and was rude about it.
Jeremy and the other gentleman working the front desk. They were very friendly and helpful. We also appreciated that the non-smoking section was completely separated from the smoking area.
Was pleased to see a bar in the tub for safety for older/handicapped individuals, it would be beneficial for the shower rods to be the curved rods. Having the bar in there-though a great idea makes it difficult for big people to turn around in the shower.
We stayed in an inside room, which looked in on the pool. It was a pretty little green space with a pool. Nothing fancy, but nicer than a view of the parking lot.
The room smelled musty, as many older, less expensive hotels often do. Wasn't quite as clean as I would preferred either. Bed and linens appeared to be clean, but little things stood out, (grime around the baseboards in the bathroom.) Bed was NOT comfy.
Staff was not attentive to its guest's needs. I tried to reach the front desk with no response. At checkout, the front desk clerk was outside smoking a cigarette. No one was inside to answer phones.
The room was fresh and roomy. We were able to get an adjoining room with our teenagers. Staff was very helpful and good free breakfast.
Nice 40' flat screen mounted on the wall.
The staff was way above helpful, the room was very comfortable and clean.
There was nothing that stood out about this hotel.
The entrance looked like a truck had run through it. The handle to the toilet didnt flush, we had to lift the tank and manually make the toilet flush. The smoke from smokers outside came in through the vents to the non smoking room.
Looked dirty. Everything was old/out of date. Door to every room was outside (it is a motel). Breakfast may have been hot, but it was disgusting. Horrible for a 2.5 star hotel. More like an average 1 star hotel.
The bed was very comfortable
Room smelled musty Toilet had not been cleaned for a while
Very reasonably priced, I was a bit surprised at how nice the room was and a wonderful hot shower with plenty of hot water.
The staff was friendly and the pool was nice.
It was by Priceline's definition, a one star hotel.
This is not a 2 1/2 star hotel. Terribly hard bed, nasty towels and breakfast was nasty. Old motel.
Easy check-in process.
Bed sheets had not been changed. Breakfast ended 20 minutes earlier than scheduled and staff would not wait to put it away. Party in the parking lot till all hours of the night. Annoying buzzer on the lobby door. No lobby access at night.
Nothing that I really liked.
Yes, one of the GFI outlets in the bathroom did not work. Also, they had great biscuits at breakfast, but no gravy! These folks are not from the Southwest. Also, it was warm in the hotel lobby and dining room. Maybe they were trying to save on a/c.
Breakfast was good; pool was huge.
This is NOT a 2-1/2 star hotel. This is NOT the same level as a Holiday Inn Express or a Hampton Inn. The doors open outside - not as secure as i would like.
The staff were extremely friendly.
Everything was fine.
Absolutely nothing. I cannot believe this hotel was a 2 1/2 starts. I didn't even stay there. Our family there stated that that is one of worse hotels in the area and I couldn't believe Priceline did this. It does not add up to Holday Inn or LQ hotel
Again, I cannot believe Priceline rated this hotel a 2 1/2 star compared to LaQuinta and Holiday Inn Express. I ended paying to stay at the LaQuinta because I was not about to stay in that Motel not Hotel. I feel ripped off. I won't do that again.
The level for the toilet was broke.
I wasn't expecting much for the price, so I was satisfied.
Stairs. Not clean. Bathroom door would not close. toilet would not flush.
Old, outside entery,
It seemed somewhat old and outdated for a 2.5 star.
Location and price
Some equipment in room was broken. Such as hair dryer and towel rod fell off the wall.
Convenient location; carpet was much cleaner than we have come to expect.
Not really. We would stay there again.
Staff fine. But this is an old motel not a hotel . Rooms are not inside. N
Motel not hotel.
Older hotel, not very good location.
