The room had most all amenities as if you were at home. Clean facility and friendly staff. Very reasonable rates
The air conditioner in the room was weak and had a hard time keeping the room cool. The bed sagged in the middle.
Very quite. Staff very helpful. Close to El Paseo which was great for me.
Needs major remodel.
People on staff and the room
Yes, the pool was cold. And the workout room was poorly set up and some of the equipment was not working. When we asked about a plug, we were told it would be attended to, but it never was.
The studio where I stayed (292) was amazing, very comfortable and large, huge tv, great bed, nice kitchen and bathroom, loved it.
Staff room and pool.
Location of room. Too loud above. Tile floor above was loud.
Room is really dirty and has smoking smell
Peaceful, clean and relaxing
Staff weren't too knowledgeable about their resort
This hotel was walking distance to the El Paseo shops.
This hotel is extremely dated. The gym was old. The pool was crowded. This would be good for families on a budget, but if you have ever been to even JW Marriott or La Quinta you will be sorely disappointed here.
location - pool - tennis courts
studio we had was a little dated
We stayed in a studio suite and our only complaint is that we stayed in our first night in a saggy bed. Asked to move and got an awesome bed on the lower floor next to the pool. We were only going to stay for 1 night but liked it so much stayed for 6.
Great pool. Hugh, 130' length. Loved it. If you like to swim, this is the place.
Room was nice with a lot of space and a patio. Great having a kitchenette. The pool was very large. It is within walking distance of the shops and restaurants on El Paseo. There were also a lot of tennis courts.
No WiFi in the room which is why I don't know if I will go back as that is an important feature to me. There also were not a lot of channels on the TV which made having no WiFi even more of a turn off.
We were attending a car show at this resort so we stayed there for the convenience. The grounds were well kept. The facility itself is rather old but decently kept up.
Our room was OK but dated. I believe that this is a 'condo' type resort where the rooms where sold off the private owners. Walking by some of the other rooms it appeared that they were decorated signicicantly different than ours. So luck of the draw.
Loved the pool area. It is so large that that you can easily have your own space to do what you like. We were here at a slow time of the year which made it especially private and quiet.
Our room could have been a little cleaner. The glass on the coffee table had something spilled on it that was quite noticeable.
Terrible accommodations. Dark, dreary, unkept, broken glass on floor, smoke coming through the vents upstairs.
Our condo-sized accommodations were spacious & comfortable. I would have preferred one queen bed versus two doubles. Good location and facilities were family-friendly. Active tennis program was also attractive. I thought, for the price, it was worth it.
We had two rooms one was an A and one was a B both were very nice one just had an upgrade. We play a game called pickleball some tennis clubs might not let you use their courts but the staff was wonderfull and told us when we return they would accomedate us again. We plan to book a week with the kids we absolutely loved shadow mountian !!
location is great, bed comfrontable, tv bad picture, really nice staff, room not that clean.
The other reviews about condition of property are incorrect based on the room I had. This property was obviously built a long time ago (Appliance and tile colors) but it was in very ood condition. I'll go back
