The friendly staff and the location
Friendliness of the staff, location, free wireless internet, very clean, free parking, cosy.
Some people could mind the early "wake up call" at 7 o'clock, coming from the bell of the neighboring church. However, for us it was a good time to start our day.
Central location, whole place is little jam. Main reason for staying here was shopping but this will likely be our base whenever we go to this part of Italy. Cleanliness of the hotel is on the highest level, and the staff was very polite and helpful. Also I find sound of church bells as I perfect way to wake up…
Central location with beautiful view over piazza.
Difficult to find the parking lot. The bell is really loud, but if you plan to weak up anyway at 7am, you are fine.
Great Location great place good value for the money
Internet issue connection while on business big issue couls not send email from local server
Reason for stay in our hotel the new year holidays and shopping
Hotel is in the centar of small, old town.
In wonderful city with superb location, on the Piazza Grande. Rooms and facilities were well designed and maintained. Excellent breakfast. Palmenova is a spectacular historic city, with fascinating shops and good restaurants.
Some advance directions about how to access the parking lot would have helped - we were searching in the rain and at night, with this complicated by the streets blocked to cars. For Americans a brief explanation about the card controlling the room lights would have been most helpful. When the book was made our assistance was told there was a hotel restaurant, but not that it would be closed on evening of our arrival.
The surprising comfort and cleanliness of the room in such a small Italian town.
The breakfast was a bit light, not too many choices
