The night reception was very helpful when I needed to send some documents. He helped us being able to send them on time. The pools are amazing. It is good to have one quiet pool and one more playful. We also enjoyed the layout of the resort. It was like we had our own little villa.
We didn't like that we couldn't swim after 7pm. Also when we ordered from the restaurant ala carte (we weren't all inclusive) it took an hour to get our food.
Very pretty resort, lots of plants and it really looked like a tiny village. The location was fantastic, if you dont like staying in a busy touristy area with lots of nightime noise. However, it was close enough to the busy main road with many lovely greek restaurants. Car needed though. Big plus, free wi-fi.
The cleanliness of the room. The cleaner came every day to clean the room, but they just made a bed and moped the floor a little. The bathroom wasnt cleaned enough and the balcony wasnt cleaned once. We stayed in a studio, with a small kitchen, and you would expect to have few more kitchen bits and pieces available to be able to prepare some food in that kitchen. To slice a Melon at least! And another thing: there was that terrible smell of drains around the resort. Not pleasant at all.
