The staff we dealt with for the most part was exceedingly friendly and very helpful. My daughter's suitcase hadn't made the trip, I had the airline deliver it to Helzear's office and their employee delivered it to our apartment, which was incredibly helpful.
We booked the place accidentally for an additional day beyond what we needed, and noticed them the same day of the mistake. They simply would not refund the amount, which is understandable when it could result in lost revenue since someone else could be prevented from booking, but that was not the case when we notified them right away. Even worse, is we were what prevented them from losing revenue because we reserved it and checked in the next day, indicating absolutely no one was beating down their door to rent it out. They offered a credit for a future reservation, which is doubly useless because this was a once-in-a-lifetime family trip to Paris, and why would I give them a 2nd chance to take my money?
