Staff went above and beyond to provide forevery request. A transportation strike was on and the Manager took it upon herself to drive me to my meeting.
yes, i did not like two things. 1)the fact that i was told there is no room service after 3 am, but i called at 2 am and was told that the rest. is not able to deliver me food since it is on another delivery!! 2) the water that comes out of the shower is very poor , its not enough for a person to take a shower. the shower holes should be larger in oreder for the person to take a comfortable bath/shower.

The location was excellent.
The in-efficient front and service staff at breakfast. Poor follow-up in getting restaraunts booked for us. There was a small bottle of mineral water on the first day in the room but that apparently was only for the first day although this was not explained until there was no water on the second night. TV was not working correctly and the support person didn't know why. For the amount charged this was not good service or value.
