It is close to the Montparnasse Station.
They gave me a room on the second floor. There was no lift and the stair is too little to take the baggage. I had to go through renovations.
Proximity to station
Both bedroom and bathroom small. Bathroom door did not close. Extractor did not work. As breakfast was basic 10 euros seemed expensive.
A cosy place; room was very small but enough if you stay for one or two nights.
The hotel is nicely located close to a metro station in a authentic Paris area with shops and restaurants. It is close to Montparnasse commercial center with even more shops, restaurants, bistro's and cinema's. The hotel staff is friendly and helpfull. They have a night portier so you can get in all night.
The interior of the hotel (especially lobby and breakfast area) is a bit outdated. The rooms are better and have a minibar, flatscreen TV with also English programmes: CNN, BBC World. Eurosport is in German. Unfortunately the rooms are a bit noisy so I used earplugs while sleeping (also because my room was on the first floor where you have more street noise).
