Located in the centre of Pärnu, this traditional hotel is only a 10-minute walk along beautiful tree-lined streets away from the beach. The St. Peterburg provides a unique opportunity to enjoy a 17th-century atmosphere combined with modern comfort and amenities such as free wireless internet in the entire building. Features of the hotel include free parking, a rich breakfast buffet included in the price, a sauna, bicycle rental, a 24-hour front desk, and meeting facilities. The hotel restaurant Seegi Maja was reconstructed from the almshouse of the Holy Spirit Church, the oldest building in Pärnu. The main pedestrian street, the central bus station, a big supermarket, and many restaurants and shops are just a short walk away from the St. Peterburg.
Wonderful 'medieval' restaurant attached where for dinner we had the best food of our holiday
Decor grand but rather dark
The place is absolutely overpriced comparing with the rest in the Baltics. Quality standards are very lowIl rapporto qualita'-prezzo di quest'albergo e' assolutamente inesistente
Inefficient staff formed by young girls without language and hosting culture skills , low room quality, ridicolous breakfast, no lift, no porter (try to make an easy trip with 2 laggages by 20 kilos each from the reception till rooms just under the roof), no room cleaner . The whole structure needs to be retinked since a guest doesn't feel no histrical heritage but only a great disconfort . If this is a castle then I'am a ghost!
location, interesting breakfast, atmosphere on corridors / hotel facilities
bit too simple room furniture and the bathroom decoration / furniture doesn't match the rest of the hotel's style. They could have done a bit more work on the concept.
Nice decoration but we expect better quality and bigger room in relation to the price.
quite expensive. Room smaller than we thought in advance. Bathroom small and very simple. Very noise area, there is a disco very close to the hotel and there are a lot of noise at nights. No air conditioning.
Nice staff, spoke good english, smiling young women. Good situation in the centre.
No air-condition. We had to keep the window open. The sound of the night club next door kept us awake.
clean and quiet place, very near to the bus station; people are friendly and the "concept" (the middle-age) is cool
St. Petersburg is centrally located in Parnu with easy access to the main pedestrian mall and nearby restaurants. It is also a short distance from the central bus station and a large super market. The beach is about a 10 minute walk along beautiful tree lined streets. They do cater to foreign tourists. The buffet breakfast included was the the typical Estonian breakfast fare-
hotel style and breakfast
Hotel staff was nice and room had lots of space. Hotels location in town centre was ideal for my trip (long weekend during new years celebrations).
