Welcome to Frances James Vineyard. Please look around and thank you for taking the time to visit. We planted our vineyard in 1998 in Paso Robles, California, where the climate is perfect for growing premium wine grapes. We have warm sunny days and cool nights with a temperature variance of 50 degrees. Our Bordeaux vineyard consists of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Malbec, Merlot and Cabernet Franc.
Anxious to share our exciting vineyard lifestyle, we opened The Winemakers Porch Bed & Breakfast in 2003, giving overnight guests the opportunity to not only stay in Paso Robles Wine Country but to experience Paso Robles Wine Country where they stay. “From vine to wine,” we give our guests a complete wine country experience in addition to pampering them with luxury accommodations and a delicious breakfast each morning.
