Very nice room and the staff at the front desk, made us feel very welcome
Property is so beautiful. Rooms are very nice and comfortable.
Great place in the pines!
Nighttime intermittent sprinkling system, noisy AC, neighbors taking patio furniture without asking.
The atmosphere overall, staff was very professional and accommodating.
Spotty WiFi connection - it did not work half the time
Super informative kind staff, exceptionally clean room in addition to the entire facility. Can fully understand why the occupancy rate remains high. Quiet peaceful location, easy access with beautiful foliage with blended forestry exterior paint.
Wi-fi would not communicate with home server system.
Everything was great ..
The tv in the room was small and was to low to see in bed
The staff was so nice!
No. Everything was great.
it had everything including a gas fireplace..clean, pretty..easy parking and a great breakfast!
Nice location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was fine not spectaclar but that's what I expected
The yahoos who decided to sit out on the balcony and talk until 10:30 was annoying. This inn had the doors opening to outside so you will hear more outside noise
Great location, nice front desk and breakfast folks.
Room was dirty ...dog poo under the table, someone's sandwich in the fridge. Kyle cleaned the room and did a horrible job.
The room was nice. The in room jacuzzi was nice. There were stores close, within walking distance.
The location in no good, just in town. No microwave in the room, it has to be requested. The TV had poor picture quality, it was a cheap brand and it was small for the room. There was a dead roach behind the front door.
The room was decent for comparable hotels in the area. It was nice to have a jetted bathtub in the room.
They did not allow us a late check out and we had to return the the keys to the front desk at check out. The price was close to 150 with taxes, the room was not worth this, especially since we didn't check in until 11:30 PM and had to check out at 11 AM.
The staff was not accommodating.
I was actullay looking at the what the rooms like in the picture to my disappointment the room did not meet my expectation.
I will stay here and only here anytime I go to Payson
This hotel is set back from the road and surrounded by pine trees. We have stayed there twice and enjoyed the suite with fireplace especially.
Appreciated the small touches (e.g., real coffee mugs with in-room coffee). Beautiful grounds - very quiet - walking distance to several adequate restaurants.
My grandmother stayed there with me and she had owned a hotel for 15 years. She is the kind of person who looks for things to complain about and she could not find a single thing wrong with the hotel, room and pool.
The staff at Majestic Mountain Inn was extremely friendly and helpful. The room we reserved was a deluxe room with jacuzzi tub and when we checked in we were offered a bottle of wine or champagne to enjoy for our get-away. The room was clean and very comfortable with real coffee cups and glasses. That may seem like a small thing, but it was nice to feel like we had the comforts of home but with someone else doing the cleaning! Close to shopping and restaurants but quiet and beautiful - you'd never know you were on a main road. We will be back just as soon as we can!
Immaculate rooms, courteous staff, very convenient if you want to stay right off the highway and close to town. Next door to a nice restaurant, close to gas stations and easy access to highway. Very quiet at night. The rooms were all redone and very clean. We were impressed.
This used to be a favorite getaway to escape the desert heat in Phoenix. Now, with an absentee owner and outside management, neither the upkeep nor the service measure up to its heritage. Rooms are rundown and overpriced. Was doubled-bill for one night and two months later, the error is still unresolved. If you stay, be prepared to experience a long check in and a long check out. Don?t expect the front desk to know about hiking trails or local restaurants. They simple are not from the area and don?t seem to care about creating a majestic mountain experience. We visit the Rim Country three to four times a year, and after two recent bad experiences at this inn, are looking for a new getaway.
This property is above average! We went for our honey moon and were treated excellent! Our room opened up to the court yard! I cant think of anything that wasnt above average!! Thank You!
