I didnt stay because my sister called and made the reservation men over the phone with her card and we didn't know that you had tonnage it present with you!
Price & cleanliness
The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast. Not much selection and what I did have was not tasty. There was no place to sit.
Unclean surfaces, walls and sticky sticky floors.
Price and location
Room lighting was limited to intense florescence.
Clean and comfortable.
Fridge in my room was not working well. Shower/Tub was slow to drain.
If you just want to sleep this is the place. Near gas station. Tv is working
The wifi signal is to low most of the time, the computer at the bussiness area cant connect to the internet also, according to my son, most of the gym equipment is not working and food has no quality and quantity. No pool.
Good customer service. excellent breakfast. Friendly workers.
I didn't have any complaints
I liked that the staff was very friendly, the hotel was very clean, the area was safe, the breakfast options were great, and checkin and checkout was very easy. Also, I ended up paying about $62 a night on the weekend, and the value for that was really great.
The location was further from the city than I thought, though really that wasn't too bad because I decided I'd trade location for a safe area, clean and affordable hotel, and basically just more value for my money. If you don't mind a 35min drive into new orleans for a better hotel at a better price then this hotel is great.
