I was annoyed with the Kayak website. I purchased insurance and it was the enterprise employee who advised me that the insurance did not cover the deductible in case of an accident.10.0 Wonderful

I dont like the confusing insurance buying option kayak offers. I had checked off the insurance option when making the rental from kayak to find out later i never had insurance and i get an email asking to buy insurance which had already expired before i even rented the vehicle.Budget

Pros:
The Staff member was a bit overwhelmed with the fact that the computer system was down, and I waited over 40 minutes before departing with the rental. He ddin’t walk out with me to inspect the vehicle so I took a video of the odometer and the stains and cigarette smoke damage to the interior as well as the scratches on the exterior. The member at the drop off was pleasant and courteous.Cons:
