Pros:
Overall rating of this company at this specific location was definitely not a good first-time experience. While there, they tried overcharging me. I arrived at my scheduled time to pick up the rental (8am) and did not get the car until 10:30am.... To make things better, they didn't have any (Cont.)Cons:
cars available for what I chose. Mind you, I reserved about a month in advance. When i physically got the rental, it was dirty with crumbs, old brown stains on the ceiling. I never worked at a car rental before but i think basic procedure should be to show the car features and actually CLEAN the car10.0 Wonderful

This is a towing company that also is a Avis rental place. Unless you are really desperate and can afford to wait 45 mins for the manual paperwork to get done , you are better off elsewhere.Cons:
