When I arrived the clerk was wearing pajama¿s. He couldn¿t find my reservation and put eh blamed on Priceline. After searching through papers he found was able to find it. The room had a smell and numerous items in the room were broke, light switch,
Only good thing is how close it is to fort lee.
Dirty pillow cases. Staff barely spoke English. $10 cheaper a night if booked directly through the hotel. Bathroom smelled like sewer.
Just off the highway but in a very poor location for getting anything but take out food. Internet worked! Had the microwave and small frig that we asked for.
The toilet seat was broken so only lifted part way. Pretty rough neighbourhood as were some of the clientele but was quiet at night. Would not advise staying there. We won't stay again. Will look for a higher rated motel to feel more comfortable. Please quote comments above. Re Priceline: I paid ten dollars more through Priceline than was on the bill if I had paid directly at the motel. For this reason, I will hesitate to recommend Priceline to friends or use it myself in future.
It was cheap and pretty close to the highway, I was tired and it was exactly what I needed.
The bed's made loud spring noises, but it provided entertainment. It's easily accessible, more than affordable and seemed pretty clean compared to other hotels I have stayed in in this star rating range. Check in was fast, no troubles at all. I rolled up at about 1am took a hot shower in a pretty clean bathroom and fell asleep. Met my expectations for sure.
It was reasonable. I enjoyed having access to cable and internet. Staff was efficient and courteous.
The hotel was ok. But it could use a little more accessories like an iron just incase someone forgets to bring one with them.I enjoyed my stay there It was convient It did'nt take long to find it from Richmond. Especially foom the airport. It was quiet and peaceful.
