Pros (+) The cafe is open 6am-10pm, free haircut, vibrating bed, the pillows are amazing, the location is awesome. It’s a wonderful place to stay.

Pros (+) Location was awesome and staff were excellent. Attached restaurant was also very good. Would go again.
Cons (-) Bathroom layout terrible. It looks like the toilet was an afterthought. You can sit on the throne and brush your teeth over the sink at the same time. Small TV for large room. Not many channels and no on screen guide, so who knows what your watching. All the room doors seem to slam very easily. Heard them slamming constantly.

Pros (+) Price, location and breakfast being available
Cons (-) I had difficulty regulating the heat. I would prefer a bar of soap to the dispenser which would not dispense soap.

Pros (+) the only thing that I can see is the rooms were a bit dated but I was impressed with the cleanliness and that matters the most to me. The continental breakfast and food availability was awesome. Definitely where I will stay next time in Petoskey
