Very nice spacious room for one night about ten minute commute from downtown Philly. Indoor pool was great retreat from heat and patio area very comfy. Didn't have free breakfast but there was a Wawa store just up the street with good affordable breakfast. Hotel had washer and dryer but took a couple times to dry clothes. Overall hotel was good for the night and no noise from airport
My stay was fine. The only critique I have is about the pool. The pool and the room was not properly maintained.
Best place to stay near the airport. Everything in the hotel is set up for the travelling public including computer area where you can check email, print boarding pass, and check your flights. Numerous seating areas to stretch out and relax while you watch a little TV and have some popcorn or have something to eat from the kitchen or bar. Relax by the pool. Work out in the gym. It's all right there. Wish we had had more time!
I would like to have had a little more time at this hotel. The lobby is a group of personal living areas where you can sit and watch TV by yourself or visit with others. There's also a small, but adequate dining area and bar. Fresh popcorn all the time. Best of all was the boarding pass availability. We had been in a very expensive hotel earlier in the week and couldn't get anything printed. This was so easy. We felt very comfortable. Almost like home.
I arrived hungry at the hotel at 10:32 PM. Resturant and Lounge were closed for the night. Great breakfast though.
My husband and I visited Philadelphia to attend the Penn Relays. The hotel was in a great location which was only 10 minutes away from the Campus Park and Ride parking lot, where the bus dropped us off less than a block away from Franklin Field. The hotel room was cozy, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were very helpful.
OVERALL, I WOULD GIVE THIS HOTEL A C+, WHICH PUTS IT ABOUT THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD. JUST NOTHING TO REMEMBER THAT REALLY SENDS A SPARK. THE STAFF WAS SO-SO AND EVERYTHING ELSE WAS THE SAME. LIKE I SAID, NOTHING SPECTACULIAR, BUT BETTER THAN OTHER HOTELS IN MY EXPERIENCE...
We stayed here for one night prior to our flight to Jamaica the next morning. The hotel was clean enough. The beds were very comfortable. The restaurant has alot to be desired, food is nothing to rave about. BEWARE: IF YOU ARE PLANNING ON FLYING OUT OF THE AIRPORT AND YOU DRIVE TO THIS HOTEL THEY DO NOT HONOR THE COMPLIMENTARY PARKING IF YOU ARE NOT A REGISTERED GUEST. THE WEB SITE FAILES TO MENTION THIS, JUST THE FACT THEY HAVE COMPLIMENTARY PARKING AND A FREE AIRPORT SUTTLE. WE WERE VERY DISAPPOINTED AND HAD TO DRIVE TO THE ARIPORT AND PAY TO PARK THERE ANYWAY on top of our room rate. Next time we will definitely saty at a hotel that offers park and fly!!
-We checked in an hour early. The room wasn't cleaned yet. It was taken care of easily. -One of the ladies at the front desk is great! -Small but comfy rooms. Sliding door lets fresh air in and if on first floor easy loading of car. - Buffet not worth your money. Service is SLOW (and they just bring silverware and drinks!) and they wanted to charge us 23.00 even though its like a continental breakfast. Oh and on here it says Free Weekend Breakfast...not true. Ours was only free because the room wasn't clean so we got coupons from the front desk.
the comfort of the bed--nice mattress. In general the room was very clean and new. The staff was very polite and helpful. The free transportation to the airport as well as the train station was a bonus. The train station is also an easy walk. Breakfast was little.
It was the best night stay ever. The beds were so wonderful and soft. Would love to get the same bed at my house. Would tell everyone that needs to stay in philly to stay at this place.
Hotel was clean and comfortable. Pool area was well maintained and quite enjoyable. Staff was generally courteous and when we needed assistance in our room, we got it efficiently. The bed was incredible! Wow! Great night's sleep -- extremely comfortable. Very reasonable price and I would recommend this hotel for the two night's my daughter and I were visiting Philly.
