Convenient location with easy access to Philadelphia center city and north of the city. Several chain restaurants close by for meals (walking distance or short drives). Nice room. Quiet. I was solo but I noticed lots of families in addition to business like travelers.
Wifi didn't seem to work that well and if I stayed longer this would probably have bothered me. However, cell phone reception was great so it worked out.
Quiet, despite location on busy street. Convenient bus connection to downtown. Free parking. Clean room.
Staff not knowledgeable about giving directions to Barnes Foundation or to Philadelphia Art Museum. Maps provided did not include location of hotel, only inner city. Food in restaurant was mediocre, though staff was friendly.
I'm not a huge fan of those huge nondescript business-type hotels and I can't possibly say what might be special about this hotel. The rooms are comfortable in a standard way, there is free parking available and the staff is helpful. But nothing to justify the huge price tag, really. At least they have the decency of not charging the guests for WiFi (reasonably fast).
The value for money ratio is very bad: the rooms are pricey but once you get past the shiny lobby they look just as plain as any cheap motel room. They are superficially clean and the beds are comfortable, but the appliances are standard and the bathrooms have seen better days. The hotel is situated near a very noisy street and the windows do a poor job at keeping the noise down. Despite the high price, breakfast is not even included (but there's a TGI Friday's in the hotel's parking lot, providing a more valuable option).
Very comfortable, affordable prices. Customer service was great. Great room service, very polite and professional
Hotel was comfortable.
I was there because you had the last room availalable near the city. husband in hospital. It was great for the money. Very comfortable.
not your fault. on ramp to 76 closed and I was lost in the dark trying to get back to the city.
I booked this hotel mainly because it had an indoor pool, but I was disappointed to find the pool was closed when we went to use it.
