It was very close to the airport

The air conditioner didn't work. They overprice everything. A bottle of water was almost $5 and a simple turkey sandwich was $10. Wifi was free but so slow it was unusable unless of course you paid for premium.

The location, microwave and refrigerator been placed in all rooms I beleive makes me to like your hotel the best.

Yes, I was placed in a smoking room, that smell very horrible. When I asked the dest clerk to change my room, she argued with me and said that the room you took. I responded I don't smoke, why should I book a smoking room? I immediately took my belongings

and decided to leave before she put me in a room that had a twin bed instead of room with a queen bed. My stay was not that pleasent. The hotel is great but some time the staff creat problem. Please let the staff bring towels to all rooms; instead of guest taking dirty towers to lobby for exchange of clean towers. I had to take my dirty towers to the lobby to be wash there after before I could a tower why? I am sure you have a good service but, I did received a poor gesture of services.

It was a nice size room

The staff was nasty and mean I drove from Ohio to Philly I had got there at like 5 am now I can understand maybe not giving me a room at 5 am but they made me and my family stay out side in their parking lot until 3rd cuz they said they couldn't check me in before that unless I paid for the previous Day even though I already paid for three days

- Breakfast - Wifi - large room/ space - comfortable bed - Pool - work-out room

Parking - no one should be changed for parking. Room Rates - they could be reduced a little

Every time I visit Philadelphia I stay here at the Embassy Suites Hotel or the Hampton Inn. If the Hampton has a decent rate I would go to the Hampton. I stay at the Embassy Suites when the Hampton is full. If they reduce the rates a little, my stay in Philadelphia will always be at the Embassy Suites.

The hotel itself was beautiful and the staff extremely friendly

The carpet in the room had stains on it. Too bad in such a beautiful hotel

Great hotel. Not The best location. But great staff.

Easy access from the terminals. Decent, clean rooms. Beds very characteristic of this hotel chain which I like.

I like to have the air conditioning fan turned on throughout the night to block out any outside noise. The thermostat had what seemed to be an 'always on' selection, but when I woke up in the middle of the night, I noticed the fan was off.

Standard hotel in accordance with its brand.

The rooms were large.

From check-in, while two men at the concierge desk watched me struggle with the luggage cart without offering help, to the screaming woman in the pool in the morning that no one would check on and the unanswered concierge phone (repeatedly)..its a mess!

While most of the employees were very nice, it seemed as though they had all been hired the night before. No one seemed to know anything, or answer the phone at the front desk, or bring room service on time.

The hotel staff was very friendly. It was really close to the airport which was nice when I left Philly but kind took a while to get into Center City. I ended up saving some money with the free parking and only paying the 24-30 bucks to park in the city

It was a ways a way from everything, but that wasn't the hotels fault. Just keep that in mind when you pick. The main level was wonderfully renovated, but once you step on the elevator thats where the nice ended. The room was freakishly hot ac was bleh

I wont try it again next time I visit. Was not worth the money, for the same money I can stay in Center City. Just wasnt a good value.

Strategic location to where I needed to be.

The bathroom: Fixtures were loose and the door in the ceiling ( for access to something) was ajar. Also the bedroom furniture was worn.

The bathtub in our room was terrible. The finish was cracked chipped and missing pieces leaving sharp raw edges. I could not bath my one year old in that bathtub.

Fine for the money, but in the future I will pay a little more for a better place. The indoor pool is a plus but no continental breakfast is a minus. The carpets definitely need replaced as they are severely stained.

I loved the outside. The pool was a little dirty but the lifeguard was awesome in keeping and eye on my daughter

The room wasnot really clean. There was dust everywhere there was food left on the floor so they didn't vacuum. I have a 1 year old everything gets picked up off the floor.

If they cleaned more it would be much better. Other hotel stays I've had at different locations they make your bed and change your sheets. They didn't do that.

Prices are either the average per night price per room or first night of stay. You can select to display the prices with or without our estimate of taxes & fees (which may not appear on provider's booking page but will be charged at hotel checkout). Before you complete your reservation, verify the total cost on the provider's site. Prices and availability are not guaranteed.

Here's why:

We’re not the seller
At KAYAK we don’t set prices, so it’s not possible for us to guarantee what other companies are selling.

We aggregate tons of data for you
Our service lets you quickly and easily compare results from hundreds of travel sites at once. In this sense, KAYAK is a search engine and we don't guarantee prices we find.

Why aren’t prices accurate 100% of the time?
Prices on airline seats, hotel rooms and car rentals can change frequently. Several people may also be trying to buy the same travel option simultaneously. As a result, you may find on occasion that certain prices are no longer available.

More questions or if you have a bad price to report to us
Please send us an email and someone from our team will get back to you promptly.
