Great breakfast and room service.
No wireless in the room (but a cable was provided upon request) and extremely loud repair work going on inside the hotel. Laundry returned after 2 days and was marked and not clean.
The design of the room. Nice Cambodian items.
Since the hotel managed to get into lonely planet, the prices of the hotel went up substantially. The comfort and service you get for the price (we paid $82 per room/day for 2 persons room) is far too little for Cambodian standards. You can get a 4 star hotel with a swimming pool for $35 per day for two people in Phnom Penh. There was no lift, so we had to climb 4 floors. There is no wifi in the room, you have to go to the lobby. The hotel personnel would try to make use of you for every single thing you eat/drink: A bottle of water is 5 dolars. We wanted to order an omelette in the evening -in the menu 2 eggs costs $1.30-, then we were charged $4.50 because they put cheese and mushroom in it.
the space is engough but not very comfortable
not very nice,a reception very indifferent, food harmful to stamoch
The proximity to everything, the room is great, and the view from the balcony. The staff did a very good job of taking care of me.
The tuk tuk drivers always hanging out right in the front.
