The beds were very nice and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and quick to respond to any question or request. They helped me out when the computer printer was not working by allowing me to email my document to them so they could print it in the hotel office.
The room needed a thorough cleaning, more than the daily clean by housekeeping. The closet doors were grungy and the hair dryer was covered in dust. One of the outlets in the bathroom didn't work and the light in the entry hall was dim. There are no food vending machines, so after the little cafe downstairs is closed, your only option is room service. When we were there, the soda vending machines would not accept bills. I needed to print out something from my computer, but their network printer did not work.
