Internet rentals are the way to go. Easy ordering and convenient no charge cancellation (I hope).Cons:
Rental company after having our order in for two weeks called the night before ( Saturday @ 6:15PM) and said they were still looking for a van for us. (Because of the holidays, blah blah) The mini van ordered was low to the ground for a disabled person and children to enter. The alternate offered (15 passenger truck/van), although enough room, was not convenient for entry. We scrambled and found a rental company (Peruzzi) that could guarantee a van for the next days events. We will not rent from these folks again, since it seems that they were not diligent enough to follow through with our order. We then cancelled through the web site and hopefully get our money back.Avis

I was told the wrong location on drop off. Upgraded without consent to a horrible gas mileage car. Rental prices were OUTRAGEOUS10.0 Wonderful
