Pros:I liked the size and overall layout of the room.
Cons:Our door was warped at the top making it very hard to close. My main concern is the pool. My husband and I took our 11 month old daughter to the pool. My husband thankfully went in first and was able to help me and take the baby when I fell. I held our baby in my left arm, grabbed the rail with my right hand and my feet slipped out under me caused both me the baby to fall on the steps. I have two large bruises, one on my back side and the other on my thigh. When I went up to the desk to make an incident report I was told it is fine and why didn't I hold the rail? And that he has never had a complaint and would try to lower my bill. Although it is kind to get a lower rate, that is not why I said anything. I want it fixed! Other people don't need to have the same fall or even worse.
Pros:Rooms were clean, rooms were large also. Other than the night staff, the day staff was very nice.
Cons:A.c. didn't work in the first room, night front desk came to my room told me it felt like it was running but had to pretty much argue the fact that it was only the fan running he told me the hotel is full what am I supposed to do, I told him well I'm not going to stay here and sweat so get me another room. Ended up getting a room with a double instead of my reserved king and was only given a $5 discount, other than that the stay was nice hotel is hard to get into from the Road but very close to lots of food options and close to express way.
