Everything was very nice! The staff very helpful and friendly. Great location!
Everything! Breakfast was good, rooms were clean, and staff was friendly.
The only complaint that I have is that the beds were not comfortable at all.
It was clean and very comfortable. Loved the pool, therooms, the water pressure in the shower was perfect .the beds were nice .and there were NO BUGS Tha k god
Everything was great no dislikes
The free breakfast every morning was very nice with a large selection and variety. Then start was super nice and the beds were very clean and comfortable. I always strip the bed at any hotel before I will sleep in it. And was satisfied with the cleanliness.
We were supposed to be put in the quiet part of the hotel. But there was a family right next to us who let their children scream and jump around at 7:30 AM. That bothered me. Not the hotels fault on how those children behaved, but would have liked a little more peace and quiet.
Room was clean, great water pressure in shower. Free breakfast.
Beds were too hard.
Good price, clean, close to all attractions
Liked the location and the homey feel with the rocking chairs outside....loved that there was a refrigerator and microwave in the room.
Great staff and service! Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Everything seemed decently clean. The proximity to restaurants and bars was very convenient as we wanted to walk due to the traffic.
It had a motel sort of smell to it. The exercise room was a guest room with mirrors on the wall with a treadmill, bike, and 6 low weight dumbbells, so don't expect to get a real workout in. We got a suite for one night, and it wasn't really a suite so much as a normal room with a king bed and a jacuzzi next to the TV.
Front desk staff was friendly.
Cleanliness of the room could have been better. Found a toenail under the TV stand.
I've stayed in many hotels in Pigeon Forge. The beds here are most comfy for the price. Friendly staff and clean hotel. You won't find a better place for the price. Nice center location that's easy to get in and out of.
Breakfast was a little bland. However they had many options. Depends on what you are looking for. But again, it's free.
We have stayed several times and we highly recommend this hotel.
The location for the purpose of our trip was good. There was a sympathetic maintenance man who was not pleased with the time it took to resolve our air conditioning issue .
The air conditioner was not working. Front desk not too concerned. Hour later unit replaced. New unit very loud and some settings not working. No refund because we booked with Kayak.
It was clean and located on the main strip in pigeon forge.
Very outdated (which made it appear less clean) and small.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The price for the double queen bed room and location were family friendly. Reasonable walking distance to two eating establishments which we took advantage of.
This was my first time at this hotel and decided to stay based upon a high rating by previous guests, price, and the location. Property looked old and worn out. Mold growing on the ceiling of our bathroom including water stains on the ceiling and no exhaust fan in the bathroom. I did not detect the normal odor of an older hotel which was a good thing. Beds were comfortable. Apparently my expectations are higher than other guests who have rated this property very high. I would not rate this hotel much above a 6 out of 10 due only to the condition of the property. If this property was renovated and physically in great condition I would give it a rating of at least an 8.
Room was clean and staff very helpful when we had noisy neighbors and they willingly changed our room even though they were completely booked. We were so appreciative. Breakfast was more than adequate. Coffee was very good. Highly recommend this motel.
No complaints. Everything was positive. Would recommend and would stay there again.
the breakfast bar
The staff were wonderful. They were very helpful and upbeat. The rooms very very clean but a bit out dated. Bathroom was also very clean.
Everything was fine.
Within walking distance to restaurants and dinner show. Got a good price. Easy in and out to the main road.
There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, whole room heated up when someone took a shower. We had 2 adults and 2 kids in our room and had to call for towels and washcloths because they only left 3 sets everyday. The pool was very small for 2 teenage boys.
Wifi did not work Elevator was dirty In and out difficult Breakfast just ok not good
