Clean and great for the price. pool was small. Close to many stores and restaurants.
I would recommend this hotel. Very nice front desk staff, clean room, newly renovated, great location
Staff were friendly. Pool was on the small side but that wasn't a big deal. We weren't there for the pool but for the the attractions. Breakfast was the usual for free continental breakfast. Have no complaints about our stay. Thanks Super 8.
beds were ok breakfast was good very small pool but it was near the gocarts that we all went to so its average but i will update to a newer motel nextime oh and not very quiet
The hotel was nice overall, the halls in the motel where hotter than HAITIS but it was in the 100's as far as the temperatures when we stayed there. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable and the staff was nice.
Great hotel for the price. Within walking distance to many attractions.
This Super 8 is a definitely a motel that I would recommend. This was a return stay for our family. There is nothing fancy about the motel, but it is clean and in a very good location.
the carpet wasnt clean and the lighting was very bad r
This hotel was outdated .Beds were very uncomfortable.Staff was friendly but in the 4 days we were there our room didn't get cleaned one time. The heat in the room did't work.Overall was not happy.
Its located beside Lost Treasure adventure golf and across from the wooden go garts in pigeon forge. 10 people wouldn't fit in the pool or the elevator at the same time; much less a few rowdy kids. Warning:If you are the least bit claustrophobic DO NOT stay here! The kids loved the breakfast. They had a waffle maker, assorted donuts and cereal.
Very satisfied with stay. Clean comfortable room. Beds were very comfortable and bathroom was very clean. Nice free continental breakfast with waffles in morning. Breakfast area could be bigger. Pool area was nice for fall and winter for kids to play and have a good time. Staff not overly friendly, but not rude. Great location, close to everything. Easy in and out to street. Parking was very convenient. Will consider staying there again.
This is definitely one of those, 'You get what you pay for' kind of places. It was sufficient for our needs though. We needed something inexpensive for a spur of the moment overnight trip. It fit the budget and the rooms were clean enough. It was a bit further from everything than I would have liked, but other than that I don't have many complaints.
I had booked this motel for the indoor pool. but their 'pool' was nothing more than an over-sized dog dish. the room was so-so, but to call that water trough an indoor pool was like calling a ditch the Grand Canyon. beware!
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The housekeeping staff is completly lacking. They pick up used towels some time in the morning, and may or may not come back and clean the room. Most days they did not. If they did come back it was late in the afternoon, around 5-6 PM. I was there 6 days and had to ask for towels 4 times because they didn't leave any. I don't expect my bed to be made evey day but I can certainly tell when a room has been cleaned.
located in the heart of pigeon forge. next door to a large buffet restaurant and a putput course. dont let the picture fool u the pool small. continental breakfast is great. large tv, fast wifi but rooms are small. beds are ok and room is clean nice refigerator and microwave. employees are not the most friendly. but for the price i would stay again
Very small pool, parking was a issue. I wouldn't recommend for a family stay.
bathroom to small, first day of stay housekeeping didnt come clean room at all had to get front desk to come take care of room, pool to small, to much chronine in pool, no heat in room where pool was, made a fog that mad our three small grandchildren eyes start burning had to go buy eye drop if had heat on in room with pool wouldn't have happen, din't leave enough towels in room for five people, leave only 3 towels, front desk staff was very friendly, breakfast was o.k.
We stayed on a Tuesday night in November 09 and paid $40 including taxes. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. The pool is definitely small, but we enjoyed it. It does need repair. The wall around the underwater pool lights is rusty and it looks like the light may fall out of the wall at any moment. I hope the pool is an issue they intend to address during the slow season. There were chunks of the concrete on the bottom of the pool too. My only other issues is that the beds were extremely uncomfortable and the rooms were small. But, you can't win them all at $40/night. Overall a decent experience :-) I wouldn't stay here again because the hardness of the beds.
This hotel was okay nothing bad except the hallways were hot no AC I dont think there but how stays in the hallway. The Front deck person was very nice and friendly and was very patient while I was at the desk with customer on the phone. I probably would not have been souned like they were asking for the world. The pool was indoors but very small they made sure everyone knew this first hand. Continental breakfast even had waffles, I never eat this type of breakfast I prefer to go out. Parking was a little tight some was covered the building built on piers so you could park under it also. Hotel is one block off the strip so the adjacent building block all road noise. Water pressure was good and rooms were clean. Our room had two Queen beds and sink was outside the bath room, so this tells you they were on the small side.
We had an awesome time while at Pigeon Forge, TN. The motel was very clean and had a very good continental breakfast. The staff was very curtious and although they didn't have the extra pillows we asked for they were kind enough to look. I appreciate a hotel that has good quality service and that is also very clean.
Booked two nights, stayed one night. Room not clean, previous guest's hair was still in the tub, flies in the room. Housekeeping didn't clean up after the our first night. Spoke with manager and all the manager said was ''sorry'' no action was taken. From that we checked out early, and had to forfeit the last nights room rent.
the pool was way to little dont know why they even call it a pool the bed was like a rock really hard but the room was clean which is a plus probably wouldnt stay there again
We stayed for 2 nights and were very dissappointed. The pool is more like a little jaccuzzi. The picture they show is very misleading. When I asked if that was the indoor pool, the guy at the counter got very defensive. he said on the internet it says a small pool. Believe me it should say tiny.
We stayed during the week. The room was very nice. I have no complaints other than the bed. but I've never slept in a hotel that had a soft bed.lol. The pool was what i had issues with we came on mon left on thurs, mon evening we got in the pool and all around the pool was a girls bathing suit top, hair bows, old bandades. We left thurs that stuff was still sitting there. We were the only ones at the hotel so I know that it had to have been left the week before. So, they didnt do very good at clean up pool area, in the mid of Feb, and the pool was not very warm. Breakfast was nice choice of waffles, bagels, toast,3 kinds of cereal, coffee, milk, juice. It was free i wasnt goiin to complain. =) O we stayed on the fourth floor, theyre was a hole in the ceiling in the hallway, it rained...they put a trash can under it. (it was obvious the hole had been there for a while.
Very clean hotel. Make them yourself Waffles were great! Yes, the pool is small but perfect for kids. But there was too much clorein in the pool. As far as safety, we felt very safe!
WELL IT WAS FAIRLY CLEAN IN ROOM AND IT WAS WITH IN WALKING DISTANCE OF MANY STORES, THAT IS THE BEST I CAN SAY. THE POOL LOOKED VERY BAD, AND WAS NOT MUCH BIGGER THAN MY TUB. THE PARKING WAS WORSE, AND UNLESS YOU HAD A VERY VERY SMALL CAR YOU COULDN'T FIT, AND MANY OF THEM HAD SUPPORT BEAMS IN THE WAY OF THE SPACES. THERE WAS A HEATED LIGHT BULB FOR THE BATHROOM (THE ONLY LIGHT IN THERE) , WHICH BURNED YOUR FACE IF YOU WERE IN THERE FOR MORE THAN A MINUTE. AND THERE WAS SOMEONES LEFT OVER DRINK STILL IN THE REFRIGERATOR WHEN WE ARRIVED. THERE WASN'T A COMMENT CARD, SO I GUESS THEY REALLY DID NOT CARE ABOUT OUR STAY. THE BREAKFAST WAS ALSO A JOKE, UNLESS YOU LIKE THE VEIW OF THE POOL IN FRONT OF YOU, AS THAT WAS WERE THE 4 TABLES WERE SET UP AT. THEY WERE OUT OF JUICE, MILK, BUT DID HAVE HARD MINI DONUTS! TO GO WITH YOUR CERIAL. THE PRICE WAS NOT GOOD COMPARED TO WHAT WE WERE GIVEN. WILL NOT EVER STAY THERE AGAIN.
rooms were small and dingy. Breakfast... you could get a larger variety at a gas station convinience store.
Breakfast is toast, cereal and coffee. Room dirty, hole in wall. Hallways dirty. Pool large enough for 4 people. 2 male housekeeping walked in on me without knocking.Would NOT stay here again. Left after 1st night
