Dirty room, dust everywhere. Dirty old sheets. Asked for new ones. Dark, dirty towels. Asked for new ones. Cleaned the room & made the beds ourselves. Extremely disappointed. If that is what Priceline is now offering, we will not be using in the future
Nothing about this hotel was acceptable except it's location to the ski areaJust bad.
The pool and hot tub were small, but worked very well. The location is good for skiing.
The breakfast room is small and there were not enough places for everyone to sit down. The bed is hard and the pillows are small and very very squishy with no support. If you are looking for a cheap place to stay for skiing with a hot tub and a pool for the kids, this works well.
Staff were very pleasant. GREAT Jacuzzi & pool. Nice and clean. We will go back again. $15 extra a night for pet.......was not aware of this before or after booking.
$15 pet charge
location and price was good for us and the breakfast was good. husband enjoyed the pool. alland all it was okay and we would return there again.
maybe new pillows.
Quiet an clean
The bed was saggy on both sides but in the middle it was great, no milk for breakfast, not enough food for the number of guestsGood place to stay
That others attending the same family reunion in the area were there
Its obvious declinePebbly, deteriorating concrete covered much of the driveway at the entrance to the hotel. A steep stairway to the second floor dominated the lobby. It took a bell ring to bring an attendant to the front desk at midday. She was kind enough to allow us to check in early. The room was conventional in design but marked by evidences of disrepair--holes in the carpet, bed covers, and walls. When the toilet would not flush that first night, the manager emptied the wastebasket, filled it from the bathtub, and poured it into the toilet tank, then recommended our doing similarly if we needed to flush during the night. This sampler of our experience is meant to expose the difficulty of staffing and maintaining an aging hotel in a booming tourist destination where hired help is hard to come by, as is qualified repair-and-upgrade service.
The pool was great, as well as the staff.
The mattresses were uncomfortable.
The rooms were pretty basic but they held enough room for me and my partner. The hotel staff was attentive and great. It was one of the closest hotels to fishing that we could get that wasn't Hon-dah. We liked that the hotel was a 5 minute drive to Hon-dah and another 15 to the nearest fishing lake.
