The hotel room was very clean and spacious great night
This hotel was a pleasant surprise. From the outside it is not imposing. Everything we encountered inside had been refurbished. The restaurant was a special surprise. Very modernized, with excellent food and service.
The elevator system was inadequate. The lobby is on the second floor with outside steps leading up to it. Our room was on the second floor, but there was a very long walk to our room. I would request a room closer to the lobby and elevator next time.
Clean place, reasonably priced
Pool lights on at night were annoying; why leave them on when the pool is closed?
The location was great, the room was clean and spacious, and the king bed was great. Breakfast was delicious, hot and varied. The woman at the front desk was patient, polite and friendly.
We arrived after 11:30 p.m. and were tired and ready to sleep. Just ahead of us, a bus filled with teenagers got there, and they carried on and made a lot of noise until after 1:00 a.m. and we could not sleep. Breakfast the next morning was crowded too.
That I couldn't stay longer.
Nice breakfast area, friendly staff, and a great price.
The woman who checked me in rudely told me I didn't look old enough to buy a room.
Nice rooms good location, pool area was nice
Pool area chairs are very uncomfortable and I could not sit out there like I wanted.
Convenient location for my purposes. Bar and restaurant.
It's an aging Comfort Inn - what's to like, really?
Proximity, cool air
Lack of towels, long hallway, dirty bathroom
When getting ready for an event, I like to use the desk and desk lamp to put on my makeup while my husband is in the shower. It first appeared that the desk lamp did not work. We unplugged it and put it in another outlet to see if it was a faulty lamp. The lamp worked, so the closest outlet to the desk was not functioning. Did not have time to call front desk as we were busy getting ready. Next day during check out, we mentioned it to front desk, She said we should have called, they would have told us that the light switch by the door worked the desk lamp. Now, who in the hell would have known that? How stupid. Advised her the bathroom was dirty, front desk lady clearly seemed to not care. She wasn't very customer service oriented. Her black uniform was not clean. This is first time I ever complained, but this hotel deserves it.
I would say the pool. But kid had chemical burns.
They allowed myself, my wife,my son(9) And daughter(3) to stay overnight in a room with a malfunctioning door lock. They did not seem concerned with the issue. And when maintenance came when my wife and i were locked out for 20 miutes w/ kids sleep inside
It is in a good location for what we were doing.
There was some late night hallway noise. We had ants in the room. We asked for a refrigerator twice with no success.
It was everything that expected.
The heating unit in room made the room uncomfortable at times.
Comfortable bedding, pretty quiet, good free breakfast - better than most other free breakfasts at hotels. Very convenient to St. Margaret's hospital and stores.
Pool was closed for work & parking lot was torn up so we couldn't park close to the door & had to keep driving the whole way around the hotel to exit the parking lot.
