Great location in the city, next to the river and an easy walk to the downtown area. Spacious room, well appointed. Bell captains very helpful. Friendly clerk in the gift shop.
Poor service for breakfast. Wait staff did not approach the table promptly. Coffee was refreshed sporadically.
The view of the skyline is phenomenal and station square has it's own little night life going on.
The shower was outdated and the parking doesn't make sense. The parking ramp that isn't associated with the hotel but is actually closer to the front door is $10 overnight but the parking lot that is associated with the hotel and is further away cost $21. SO PARK IN The RAMP
they failed to provide toilet paper for our room , even after we requested it , they were rushing us out of the hotel by insisting we give a time we would check out even though the check out time was 12 pm.,,will likely never stay there again .
Lobby was nice. View is good. Pool and sports facility are OK. Rooms are large and bed was comfortable.
Reception is poorly trained. Lost the Booking.com reservation. Had to take a room at a higher rate. Double room with one bath towel. Hotel was not busy, but a lot of people were having trouble with reception. Different issues from parking to payments.
