Cons:
The SUV I reserved was not there. Waited three and a half hours for resolution. Nothing. Couldn’t get one alternate vehicle because it needed an oil change. Couldn’t get a van because it needed registration renewal but it had permanent tags. Manager called corporate and person who could sign off didn’t return four phone messages in those three and a half hours. Left very upset with no vehicle.2.0 Poor
