Come join us in Plano. We will be glad to have the opportunity to assist in making your stay with us enjoyable. The Days Inn and Suites in Plano is conveniently located to the business district and to HWY 75. Our property offers free light breakfast with hot waffles, and 3 restaurants next door. Close-by within 5 Miles there is the Legacy Business Park, housing J.C. Penny, EDS and Frito Lay businesses. Also close-by is the Telecom Corridor, home of Ericsson, N. Tellecom and MCI. We are only a short 25 Miles from DFW International Airport, away from the hustle and bustle of the big city and 10 Miles from Southfork. Please Note Check Out Time is at 11AM. No Pets Allowed. Seasonal Pool closed for winter season.

Nice staff, the room is very clean, and quiet location

Cons:The bathroom could’ve been updated, but it worked just fine. The air conditioner could’ve been a little cooler.
Cons:Mostly everything in the room was faulty, or broken. That screams poor Mgmt.
Pros:Very large rooms. Felt overall very clean. The continental breakfast was well stocked.
Cons:Change out the rug for tiling. I don't like rugs in hotel rooms. But that's pretty standard.
Pros:Very clean, wifi is very fast, accommodating front desk.
Cons:That I stayed at the Hyatt down the street instead of this place.
Pros:The location was pretty good and there was a good amount of parking.
Cons:The smoke detector in our room was not working. The battery compartment was open with no batteries. We asked for it to get fixed and it never was. The light fixture in the bathroom had no cover. I saw a rodent running down the hall as I was bringing luggage in. The smell of the hotel and our room was terrible. It even made my nose burn. We did not stay for our second reserved night and we have been unable to get a refund. They hung up on hotels.com who we reserved through. Hotels informed me they could not get a refund so we are now working with our credit card company and have filed a complaint. This was not our first choice in a hotel but everyone was booked up because of high school graduation. We could care less about the amenities, we just wanted a safe place to sleep and this felt anything but safe.
Pros:Coffee in the room, small microwave and Refrigerator all item that made our stay convenient in addition to comfortable

Cons:What looked like a blood trail in my room. The toilet seat was broken and the ac took forever to cool my room until I pulled out the filters to discover they were so dirty, light couldn't pass through them. I washed them in the bathtub and popped them back in. My room then cooled down nicely.
