Good location close to where we were having a family reunion.
Noisy. Walls are thin. We could hear the family down the halls kids run around yelling. Get a third floor room if you're looking for some quiet
The hotel is exceptionally clean and modern. The beds were also very comfortable. We loved the hot breakfast which included bacon! We are picky people, I work in hospitality and we loved it...that says A LOT!
One thing they do nor have is an elevator. There are first floor rooms though. Its just coming in late one is tired and stairs are not my idea of a good time. They are not steep at all, maybee 20shallow steps. Oh well therest makes up for IT!
very clean, modern room
the location is a bit out of the way in terms of dining
Room and decor; I was shocked when I walked In.....what a delight!
Not a thing !
2nd shift desk staff was awesome
In the Bathroom soap & shampoo bottles left from prior guest. TV remote needs to be replaced.
Very updated and clean, the room was very comfortable and met my requirements
Everything seemed fine to me. The breakfast was decent, though a little lacking. Nothing to complain about though - it was free.
It was a great value for the money!
There was not a gas station located nearby at the exit for the hotel. That was not a major inconvenience, however.
Clean, comfortable beds.
The hotel was very modern and clean. The continental breakfast was minimal but well stocked and a variety of selections. The room was very accomodating.
The hotel is not close to any decent restaurants and is slightly secluded. It is perfect for those who want to be a little away from activity.
The hotel was tastefully furnished and contemporary. Rooms were comfortable.
The hotel was a couple of miles from the baseball park where our grandson's team was playing in a tournament. There were not a lot of stores or restaurants directly around the hotel-they were also a couple of miles away.
Room was very clean. I even got my room early because it was prepared ahead!
The room was visually attractive due to appealing furniture.
The breakfast seating area containing small number of tables and quickly became filled. In addition, the television, which was turned on, is annoying for someone trying to enjoy a quite breakfast.
We booked this hotel at the last minute for a stop on our road trip to Eagle River, Wisconsin. We were pleasantly surprised by the lobby decor, friendly staff and the nicely sized room. The beds were a bit uncomfortable, but that's the price for staying at hotels and not your own bed. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering. It is by far the Best, Best Western we have stayed at thus far!
Hotel room, beds, bathroom, mini-frig were all very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a big dissappointment. The waffle batter was old and got stuck in the dispenser. When I finally got enough for a waffle, it tasted stale. The fried eggs were cold, rubbery and overdone. Fruit was canned, not fresh.
