Cons:
The van that I rented was really dirty, and there was barley no gas. Also the tires and suspension on the van were in safe for a long trip like I was taking. They did give me 10% off which I felt they could of done better.10.0 Wonderful

my reservation was to pick up my car at noon. I was a few minutes late and when I got there the door was locked. I even called them and told them I was on my way. won't go back there againHertz

I dropped it off on a Saturday, not knowing they would be closed...I was not given prior instructions on what to do? No time stamp on the return let alone an inspection as to its condition? Over the course of the weekend...something could happen to it and it would infer my responsibility. I called the agent, never got a response...VERY disappointing!10.0 Wonderful

The booking process was easy.Cons:
The vehicle was dirty, it had alarms that popped up when turning it on to let me know that it was out of washer fluid and needed an oil change. There was a significant shake in the steering wheel when driving at 70-75 on the express way. Overall the car should not have been rented to a customer.Budget
