great room, great food, great staff
Clean comfortable rooms. Upscale looking.
The design, style and the atmosphere of the entire hotel are excellent .
Clean, quiet and very nice.
Struggled to find it. More signs or more noticeable signs.
Was a small room with a double bed, not king.
The bed was SO comfortable!
the parking was not convenient
The hotel was easy to find and almost scenic location with little traffic. Our room was nice, besides a big, red stain next to the bed. We would stay here again especially when we got a good deal on it.
Really busy. There were about three weddings going on so if you want a quiet weekend you might want to stay somewhere else.
The service was great. Any questions, or problems (even ones that turned out not to be a problem), were addressed right away - - - and with kindness and a smile. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful.
Nothing I can think of.
great amenities and friendly staff.
room carpet was dirty
Another wonderful stay. Front desk was especially helpful - thanks,
A long walk from the parking lot with bags if you prefer 'do it yourself' service.
Room was spacious and had two chairs. Very nice
The housekeeping was not up to what it should be. We only had one glass. The second day that we were there, the coffee cups were not new, but they put the top on the old cups that we had used. The drain in the tub was not running freely and it was obvi
Room was clean, the bed was comfortable, Wi-Fi was good. Bathroom was average - had a tub and shower, which was nice, but nothing special. Free parking. Staff was friendly.
Not the most convenient set up for people traveling with babies/strollers/lots of luggage. Don't make the mistake of parking and thinking you can easily access the lobby. Place felt amazing and classy until we got in our room-- which was pretty meh.
Good location, hotel had a lot of amenities
Room was small, had no microwave, only one trash can, and the television didn't work. We left a note asking for more trash cans and to fix the TV but they did not do either.
Near our hockey rink. Restaurant was good
Felt like I was staying in a dorm room. Parking inconvenient.
I liked the king sized bed, the in-room fridge and the Keurig. That is absolutely everything I liked about this hotel.
The front desk staff was rude and not helpful or friendly at all. The layout of the hotel is sprawling and weird; the elevators and stairs are not central to the guest space and the parking lot is very far away and down a hill. Walls are also very thin.
had wifi issues all my stay, complained every day , no one cared , front desk promised manager will call and talk to me, no one did
it was convenient to the location I had to be in the morning.
It was only Valet parking any where close to the Lobby entrance. Plenty of parking in the back of the building not convenient.
They were not able to accommodate our family and stuck us in a tiny room in the basement level. The front desk clerk at check in was not friendly.
The price was good.
I didn't even get the chance to stay here because the hotel tried charging my card before I stayed (I picked the stay when you pay option) and when my card didn't go through, they sold my room out.
There was a nice pool
The bellhop was rude and pushy and the layout was ridiculous - way too much walking! Our room must have been a mile from the lobby and there was no other entrance!!
Poorly identified entrances, drove by twice as they were not lit up and hotel sign faced the opposite way.
Vibe was excellent
Pool area was under repair and not overly attractive --separate mgmt for pool and rules regarding hot tub were restrictive for younger children
Loved the bed and all of the pillows. I was very well rested.
Room service. Forgot my main dish and was over charged.
The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was spacious and well decorated. The bed was comfortable.
The bathrooms( toilets) hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. Very dirty. The exhaust vent in the bathroom was caked in lint and dirt. The fitted bed sheet was torn.
The small rooms! Paper thin walls. It was as if you were in the same room with the next room. Could hear everything:( the entrance was a ways away from the parking.
Full size beds, no microwave, was hoping that there will be 2 sinks instead of one for the two bedrooms
It was a very spacious hotel that had a nice view.
The swimming pool had a health club attached and I have 2 kids that were laughing and screaming while we were playing so we were scolded by someone from above in the fitness room that is open to the pool area. Very rude members!
VERY small room. 2 'double' beds - not queen. There wouldn't have been room for queen size beds. I took the luggage rack out of the closet, looked around the room and put it back. There was not room for it to be set up in the room.
Only Smoke Rooms, parking far away, single bed with 3 Person. Staff doesn't even try to work something out. Can't believe there are still smoking rooms available in a 3.5 star hotel. Cannot recommend at all.
Nice room with great cleanliness
No breakfast they try to make more money from customers by selling breakfast for the price they should have complimentary.
Hotel was ok if that's the type of hotel you like. Too stuffy and unfriendly for our taste.
Very rude check in person.
The beds were comfortable and walls very paper thin.
The entire hotel smelled musty and the carpet in my room was wet (on 3rd floor in summer). Will not stay here again.
Price was good and location was good
We were suppose to get a breakfast buffet ticket with our room and never did, did not have breakfast. Also, could hear everything in the room next door.
Very modern, yet classy ambiance. Has a restaurant, bar, fitness center, pool, hot tub, saunas, Internet room, and wifi. Rooms are clean with a wide selection.
Fitness center very uncomfortable. Located on a balcony above the pool area near the ceiling. Lots of chlorinated, hot, humid air. You sweat standing still. Saunas separate in locker rooms, not at pool area. No adult only period for hot tub, full of kids!
The bed was pretty comfortable.
No sound barrier between rooms. Our room seemed to be in a basement.
the bed was decent. that's about where it ended. TV was nicer than most hotel rooms.
First room we had, wasn't cleaned properly. Second room had not been cleaned WELL in some time.
Rooms were not stocked properly and bathrooms felt unclean. First night we stayed, we could hear the television from next door as if it were on full blast in our room.
The parking was a challenge. The signage for locations and floor by elevators was not sufficient.
Manager was friendly an apologetic about dirty bedding.
The room had crumbs on the bed and in the sheets. The Manager moved us to another clean room and provided us free breakfast.
YES! The location was very remote! The place was completely dead, almost scary. The staff did not make you feel welcome at all. It was uncomfortable. The room had a pair of dirty panties stuffed in one of the towel cubbies. I will not stay there again.
Best Crowne Plaza I have ever stayed in. Very attractive design and decor. Definitely best value for money.
My wife and I spent the weekend at this hotel just to get away for the weekend. WOW. W had a Sleep Number bed that was so luxurious with soft white linens. The room had a great view overlooking some nature preserve and was quite comfortable. My wife had to have access to the internet because of her job and they offered free wireless internet that was super fast. The best was the Prime Rib Buffet they had in their restaurant. It was the best Prime Rib I've ever had and my wife had the seafood and it was very good as well. The price for the room and the buffet was very reasonable. We had the Sunday brunch as well and they made omelettes to order right in front of you. All in all it was a great experience and we will definitely do it again.
The food is great, they will fill you up. You will need to use the large health club they have on-site'
