Compared to the Meandering Moose, a local hotel I checked out of after two horrible days, the service at this hotel was like day and night!
This is really petty. they made us leave the light on in the Jacuzzi room!
Everything was very clean, from the minute you walked into the lobby. The staff went out of there way to make sure we were comfortable and didn't need a thing. They were very friendly and professional. There was free wi-fi, free breakfast, and a jucuzzi.
The breakfast could have been better; more options.
There was this loud humming noise outside our room all night. It was hard to sleep. I should have asked for another room but suffered through it. Really, it was nice for the price except for the noise.
Rooms were a little like a 'camp-trailer' for size, with very little space in the bathroom to put your toiletries. Entry to hotel does not have an overhang for people to load and unload their baggage protected from the weather. Poor place to conserve. We thought that Howard Johnson's hotels were better quality than Motel 6.....
locked out of room on the 4th day,had to get t.p. and kleenex at desk was not stocked,When I got there I had to pay more money, Therewas only one bed for me and my son. Some of the staff was freindly, others not. Free breakfast, free wifi,
The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. Children were allowed to use the hot tub with their parents, which was a good thing because there is no pool. There was a fridge and coffee maker in the room, and it is very easy to get to from the HWY
One of the two hot tubs was out of order, and the breakfast was very minimal. We stayed in the room right next to the hot tub and it had a mildew smell. We definitely got our money's worth for this hotel. It is somewhat basic, but reasonably priced and clean. All of the rooms are non-smoking and it is only 30 minutes from Silverwood theme park. After a long day of amusements, the hotel has what we needed: a convenient location and clean rooms. I would definitely try to stay here on our next trip to Silverwood.
The place was dirty. When the fire alarm went off the staff had no idea how to evacuate the building. The food was terrible. Very disappointing.
No real soundproofing. The person next door may as well have been staying in our room. I could hear him breathing.I appreciate the friendly staff. The room was tiny and unbelievably not private. I could hear everything that happened next door
