On arrival at reception the receptionist could not find any record of my booking even after showing her our confirmation print out from booking.com

The fact that they made us going all the way to the bank to get proof of payment while they could just have requested it in advance.
I booked a room with view on the lagoon.i received confirmation from you.and I got a room on the commercial gallery.the guy at the reception did nothing for us? No discount and no room change
Everything besides the internet access at the hotel was great -
The system you have in place for guests to hook up to the internet is terrible - we had a problem - and it seemed there was no one able to help us except after hours.
I didn't have a problem with the hotel, however the booking I made through booking.com was a bit of a messup as they were expecting me to leave every day, and every day I had to tell them I in fact was booked in for 3 nights! Very frustrating, but didn't ruin the holiday.
The room was very big, comfortable and clean. A very good restaurant.
