It was a room. Far overated no stars would be more appropriate but maybe meets the expectations of a relatively remote area. Sorry but I don't think I will visit your site when shopping for a hotel as I've been misled several times in recent months.

Open at midnight to receive ferry clients upon arrival.
Location to the ferry dock.
It was older, and not as clean as some of the more modern hotels, but about what I was expecting. We arrived very late in the evening, but the clerk was waiting for us, which was very nice, and she gave us good advice about where to drive in the morning and how much time to alot. Check in was quick and easy, and access to Wi-Fi worked well, which is important to us. The bed wasn't great, but was adequate.

no coffee machine in the roomno restaurant for breakfast
The view from the room was very nice and although the restaurant was very plain, the food turned out to be excellent.
The hotel is quite a walk from town center and I felt the price was a little high for the overall quality of the facility. There are a limited number of places to stay in Port Hardy and the Glenn Lion Inn appears to be one of the best. It was clean, comfortable and quiet with a very nice view from the room balcony. Bald eagles were very abundant in the area.

pet friendly and the balcony
The room was not clean. The room was halfway cleaned. There was a used coffee mug under the bed. When I lifted the sheets there was coffee spilled on the sheets that obviously hadn't been changed.I would rather sleep in my truck than sleep in that hotel ever again. There was construction going on at night which didn't help. Sheets not changed from previous guests. The top drawer of the night stand had crumbled chips in it.
